Abstract
본 발명은 오실로스코프용 펀넬글라스의 용융 조성물 및 그 조성방법에 관한것으로서 더욱 구체적으로는 용융점이 낮은 펀넬글라스(1)의 조성물을 얻을 수 있도록하여 대형로 보다 상대적으로 에너지비용이 낮은 소형로를 이용하여 위 조성물을 용융할 수 있도록 함으로써 수요가 그리 많지 않는 펀넬글라스(1)를 주문에 의한 수시 생산이 가능토록함과 아울러 그 생산도 저렴한 비용으로 할 수 있도록 하여 수요자에게 펀넬글라스(1)를 적기에 공급할 수 있도록 하고, 또한 도가니로 등으로도 용융가능한 범위(88 ~ 98 ×10-7cm/℃)의 열팽창계수를 가지는 펀넬글라스(1)를 얻을 수 있도록 하여 펀넬글라스(1) 상하에 프론트 판넬글라스(2) 및 넥크튜브글라스(3)를 열융착(유리용접)은 물론 접착제(프라트)로도 접합할 수 있게 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a melt composition of a funnel glass for oscilloscopes and a method of forming the same.
