Abstract
Description
Claims (26)
- 글라스 기판 또는 노보넨 구조를 갖는 폴리머 필름을 포함하는 수직 (homeotropically) 배향성 기판 상에 러빙 처리를 수행하는 단계; 및상기 러빙 처리 단계 이후에, 상기 수직 배향성 기판 상에 수직 배향성 액정 조성물과 광중합성 액정 조성물 중 하나 이상을 함유하는 액정 도공액을 도포하여 경사 배향 액정층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 경사 배향 필름의 제조 방법.
- 러빙 처리 이전에, 수직 배향 액정 조성물이 수직하게 배향되는 유리질 고분자 (glassy macromolecule), 실란 결합제 또는 계면 활성제를 포함하는 배향층이 폴리머 필름 상에 위치되는 수직 배향성 기판을 준비하는 단계;상기 수직 배향성 기판 상에 러빙 처리를 수행하는 단계; 및상기 수직 배향성 기판 상에, 상기 수직 배향 액정 조성물과 광중합성 액정 조성물 중 하나 이상을 함유하는 액정 도공액을 도포하여, 경사 배향 액정층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 경사 배향 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 경사 배향 액정층을 형성하는 단계 이후에, 상기 액정 도공액을 도포하여 복수의 경사 배향 액정층을 형성하는, 경사 배향 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,하나 이상의 접착제층에 의해 상기 경사 배향 액정층과 광학 필름을 적층하는 단계; 및상기 수직 배향성 기판을 제거하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 경사 배향 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 경사 배향 필름의 제조 방법에 의해 획득되는 경사 배향 필름으로서,경사도를 (|Δnd(-30)-Δnd(+30)|/Δnd(0))×100 로서 계산하는 경우,상기 경사도는 30 이상이며,상기 Δnd(0) 는 전면 위상차이며, 상기 Δnd(+30) 와 상기 Δnd(-30) 는 진상축에 대하여 ±30°경사진 방향으로의 위상차를 각각 나타내는, 경사 배향 필름.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 경사도는 50 내지 500 인, 경사 배향 필름.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 경사도는 150 내지 250 인, 경사 배향 필름.
- 제 3 항에 기재된 경사 배향 필름의 제조 방법에 의해 획득되는 경사 배향 필름으로서,경사도를 (|Δnd(-30)-Δnd(+30)|/Δnd(0))×100 로서 계산하는 경우,상기 경사도는 30 이상이며,상기 Δnd(0) 는 전면 위상차이며, 상기 Δnd(+30) 와 상기 Δnd(-30) 는 진상축에 대하여 ±30°경사진 방향으로의 위상차를 각각 나타내는, 경사 배향 필름.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 경사도는 50 내지 1000 인, 경사 배향 필름.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 경사도는 150 내지 800 인, 경사 배향 필름.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 경사 배향 액정층의 두께는 1 내지 10 ㎛ 인, 경사 배향 필름.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 경사 배향 액정층의 네마틱 액정 분자의 경사각은, 수직 배향성 기판의 표면에 대한 법선 방향에 대해 1° 내지 85°인, 경사 배향 필름.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,광학 필름을 더 포함하는, 경사 배향 필름.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,광학 필름을 더 포함하는, 경사 배향 필름.
- 제 5 항에 기재된 경사 배향 필름을 갖는 화상 표시 장치.
- 제 13 항에 기재된 경사 배향 필름을 갖는 화상 표시 장치.
- 수직 배향성 액정 조성물과 광중합성 액정 조성물 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 경사 배향 액정층을 포함하는 경사 배향 필름으로서,경사도를 (|Δnd(-30)-Δnd(+30)|/Δnd(0))×100 로서 계산하는 경우,상기 경사도는 30 이상이며,상기 Δnd(0) 는 전면 위상차이며, 상기 Δnd(+30) 와 상기 Δnd(-30) 는 진상축에 대하여 ±30°경사진 방향으로의 위상차를 각각 나타내는, 경사 배향 필름.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 경사 배향 액정층이 복수개 적층되는, 경사 배향 필름.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 경사도는 30 내지 500 인, 경사 배향 필름.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,상기 경사도는 150 내지 250 인, 경사 배향 필름.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 경사도는 50 내지 1000 인, 경사 배향 필름.
- 제 21 항에 있어서,상기 경사도는 150 내지 800 인, 경사 배향 필름.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 경사 배향 액정층의 두께는 1 내지 10 ㎛ 인, 경사 배향 필름.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,광학 필름을 더 포함하는, 경사 배향 필름.
