Claims (5)
- EGR 시스템의 EGR 챔버에 있어서,상기 EGR 챔버(10)는 흡기매니폴드측과 접하는 전면에 냉각수통로(11)가 형성되어 있고 실린더헤드측과 접하는 후면에 배기가스통로(12)가 형성되어 있는 단판구조의 EGR 플레이트(13)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 EGR 시스템의 EGR 챔버.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 EGR 플레이트(13)의 전면에 형성되어 있는 냉각수통로(11)는 실린더헤드에 있는 냉각수통로의 한쪽에서 연결되어 각 기통 주위를 경유한 후 실린더헤드에 있는 냉각수통로의 반대쪽으로 연결되는 경로를 갖는 그루브 형태의 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 EGR 시스템의 EGR 챔버.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 EGR 플레이트(13)의 후면에 형성되어 있는 배기가스통로(12)는 일측 배기가스유입구(14)로부터 각 기통의 좌우측 대칭위치가 되는 중간위치까지 연장되어 1차 분기점(15)을 형성하고 상기 1차 분기점(15)에서 재차 나머지 기통의 좌우측 대칭위치가 되는 중간위치까지 연장되어 각각의 2차 분기점(16)을 형성한 후 이곳에서 각 기통을 분배되는 경로를 갖는 그루브 형태의 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 EGR 시스템의 EGR 챔버.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 1차 분기점(15) 및 각 2차 분기점(16)은 기통의 중심을 지나는 수평선상과 나란한 위치에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 EGR 시스템의 EGR 챔버.
- 청구항 1 내지 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 EGR 플레이트(13)는 AL 다이캐스팅으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 EGR 시스템의 EGR 챔버.
