Claims (14)
- 커터 캐리어(1),교환가능한 커팅 인서트(2), 및적어도 하나의 교환가능한 가이드 스트립(3, 30)을 포함하고,상기 커팅 캐리어(1)는 소정의 공칭 직경 범위에 사용될 수 있으며,상기 커팅 인서트(2) 및 적어도 하나의 가이드 스트립(3, 30)을 포함하는 별개의 키트(kit)가 공칭 직경 범위(△ND) 내의 각각의 공칭 직경(ND1 - ND5)에 결합되고,상기 커터 캐리어(1) 상에는 상기 결합을 위하여 고정 스톱(10, 14, 9)이 제공되는딥 홀 드릴.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 커터 인서트(2) 상에는 스크루용 관통 구멍(8)이 제공되며,상기 관통 구멍은, 상기 커터 인서트(2)를 상기 커터 캐리어(1)의 커터 인서트 시트(5) 상의 대응하는 나사 구멍(7)에 대하여 상기 스톱(10, 14) 상에 위치시킬 때, 상기 커터 인서트(2)가 나사 고정하는 도중에 상기 스톱(10, 14)에 압착되도록 오프셋을 갖는것을 특징으로 하는 딥 홀 드릴.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 커터 인서트(2)는 교환가능한 플레이트(2)로서 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 딥 홀 드릴.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,양면 스톱(two-sided stop)(10, 14)이 상기 커터용으로 제공되며,상기 스톱은 상기 커터 캐리어(1)에 대하여 상기 커터 인서트 시트(5)를 형성하는 2개의 스톱면(10, 14)에 의하여 형성되는것을 특징으로 하는 딥 홀 드릴.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 2개의 스톱면(10, 14)은 90°이하의 각도로 연결되며,상기 스톱면과 대면하는, 상기 커터 인서트(2)의 2개의 카운터-스톱면(110, 114)은 보다 큰 각도(β), 바람직하기로는 90°각도로 연결되는것을 특징으로 하는 딥 홀 드릴.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 커터 인서트(2) 및 상기 가이드 스트립(3, 30)은 경질 금속으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 딥 홀 드릴.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 커터 인서트(2) 및 상기 가이드 스트립(3, 30)은 경질 소재의 코팅을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 딥 홀 드릴.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 딥 홀 드릴은 내부가 냉각된 단일날 딥 홀 드릴인 것을 특징으로 하는 딥 홀 드릴.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 커터 캐리어(1)는 열처리가능한 스틸을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 딥 홀 드릴.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 커터 캐리어(1)는 소재-클로징 방식으로 클램핑 슬리브(16) 내에 납땜된 드릴 생크(drill shank)(15)에 결합되는 드릴 헤드(1)인 것을 특징으로 하는 딥 홀 드릴.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 드릴 생크(16)는 열처리된 비성형 스틸 튜브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 딥 홀 드릴.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 공칭 직경에 대한 딥 홀 드릴의 커터 캐리어(1)를 장착하기 위한 커팅 인서트(2) 및 적어도 하나의 가이드 스트립(3, 30)을 포함하는 일종의 키트에 있어서,상기 각각의 키트는 공칭 직경 범위(△ND) 내의 소정의 공칭 직경과 결합되고,상기 각각의 커팅 인서트(2) 및 각각의 가이드 스트립(3, 30)은, 상기 딥 홀 드릴 상의 고정 스톱(10, 14, 9)의 제 위치에 고정될 수 있는 카운터-스톱면(110, 114,109)을 갖는것을 특징으로 하는 일종의 키트.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 커팅 인서트(2) 및 상기 가이드 스트립(3)은 각각 상기 커터 캐리어(1)에 나사 고정될 수 있고,상기 커팅 인서트(2)는 각각 상기 카운터-스톱면(110, 114)으로부터 동일한 거리에 관통 구멍(8)을 가지며,상기 가이드 스트립(3, 30)은 각각 자신의 카운터-스톱면(109)과 상기 가이드 스트립(2)이 상기 구멍 내에 지지되는 지지면(50) 사이에 연장되는 관통 구멍(109)을 갖는것을 특징으로 하는 일종의 키트.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서,커팅 인서트의 부절삭 칼날(12)의 관통 구멍 대 다음의 보다 큰 커팅 인서트(2)의 관통 구멍의 거리는 소정량(△a)만큼 증가하고,상기 결합된 가이드 스트립(3)의 상기 카운터-스톱면(109) 및 상기 지지면(50) 대 다음의 보다 큰 가이드 스트립(3)의 상기 카운터-스톱면 및 상기 지지면의 거리는 상기 소정량만큼 증가하는것을 특징으로 하는 일종의 키트.
