Claims (13)
- L-라이신 및 바람직하게는 발효 브로쓰의 대부분의 추가 성분을 포함하며, 발효동안 생산된 생물량이 0% 이상(≥0%) 내지 100%의 양으로 함유되는, 내마모성이 개선된 발효 브로쓰를 기재로 하는 실질적으로 먼지(dust)가 없는 동물 사료 첨가물로서,1.1 사료 첨가물의 총 양에 대해 30 내지 90 중량%의 농도의 L-라이신을 함유하고,1.2 바람직하게는 97 중량% 이상(≥97 중량%), 특히 98% 이상(≥ 98%)이 0.1 mm 초과(> 0.1 mm) 내지 1.8 mm의 평균 입자 크기를 지니며,1.3 사료 첨가물의 총 양에 대하여 0.02 내지 2.0 중량% 양의 비율의 가해진 첨가물, 특히 오일을 표면에 함유함을 포함하는, 실질적으로 먼지가 없는 동물 사료 첨가물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표면에 첨가물로서 광 오일, 식물성 오일, 콩 오일, 올리브 오일, 콩 오일/레시틴 혼합물, 식용 오일 및 식물성 오일들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 오일을 함유하는 동물 사료 첨가물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표면에 실리콘 오일, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 및 하이드록시에틸셀룰로즈로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 첨가물을 함유하는 동물 사료 첨가물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 당 및 전분 산업으로부터의 부산물, 특히 옥수수 침지 액(CSL) 또는 오일성 화합물을 함유하는 동물 사료 첨가물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.2 내지 1.0 중량%의 가해진 첨가물을 함유하는 동물 사료 첨가물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 40 m, 80 m 또는 120 m에 걸친 공기 수송 후 1 중량%를 초과(< 1 중량%)하는 먼지 분획 및 약 10을 초과(< 약 10)하는 먼지 값을 갖는 동물 사료 첨가물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 600 내지 950 kg/m3, 특히 650 내지 900 kg/m3 범위의 용적 밀도를 갖는 동물 사료 첨가물.
- 30 내지 90 중량%의 라이신을 함유하는 성형된, 특히 과립화된 동물 사료 첨가물을, 사용된 동물 사료 첨가물의 양에 대하여 0.02 내지 2 중량%의 양으로 계량된 첨가물과 함께 분무함을 포함하는, L-라이신 및 발효 브로쓰의 대부분의 추가 성분을 포함하고, 발효 생물량이 0% 초과(≥ 0%) 내지 100%의 양으로 함유되는, 발효 브로스를 기재로 하여 L-라이신을 함유하는 실질적으로 먼지가 없는 사료 첨가물의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 평균 입자 크기가 0.1 mm 내지 1.8 mm 이하(≤1.8 mm)인 동물 사료 첨가물이 사용되고, 0.1 내지 10 중량%는 100 μ 미만(< 100 μ)의 입자 크기를 갖는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 첨가물로서 광 오일, 식물성 오일, 콩 오일, 올리브 오일, 콩 오일/레시틴 혼합물, 식용 오일 및 식물성 오일들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 오일이 사용되는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 실리콘 오일, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 및 하이드록시에틸셀룰로즈(수용액)로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 첨가물이 사용되는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 사료 첨가물이 이동 상태로 분무되는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 사료 첨가물이 기계 혼합기 또는 공기 혼합기 속에서 분무되는 방법.
