Claims (10)
- 직물 조직을 갖는 표면층과, 직물 조직을 갖는 이면층과, 경사 방향 또는 위사 방향으로 물결형으로 굴곡되고, 또한 직물 조직을 갖는 결접층으로 구성되는 입체 직물로서,상기 표면층 및 이면층에서 경사 및 위사의 적어도 일방에 단사섬도 0.05∼1.5dtex, 및 필라멘트수 30∼150개의 폴리에스테르 멀티필라멘트 얀을 1구성 성분으로서 함유하는 2 이상의 구성 성분으로 이루어지는 복합사가 배치되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 입체 직물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 복합사에 다른 구성 성분으로서 공중합 폴리에스테르 멀티필라멘트 얀이 함유되는 입체 직물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 복합사에 다른 구성 성분으로서 절단신도 70∼1000% 의 탄성사가 함유되는 입체 직물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 탄성사가 온도 30℃, 습도 90% RH 조건에서의 평형 흡습률로 5∼40% 의 흡습성 탄성사인 입체 직물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 복합사가 공기혼섬 가공사 또는 커버링 가공사인 입체 직물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 물결형으로 굴곡된 결접층에서, 인접하는 산부의 중간에 골부가 위치하고, 또한 인접하는 산부의 간격 (d) 이 2∼10㎜ 의 범위인 입체 직물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입체 직물의 통기도가 JIS L 1096-1998, 6.27A 법 (프래자일형 시험기법) 에 의해 측정된 통기도로 0∼30cc/㎠ㆍsec 인 입체 직물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 입체 직물이 경사 방향 및/또는 위사 방향의 신장률이 JIS L 1096-1998, 6.14.1B 법 (정하중법) 에 의해 측정된 신장률로 10∼80% 인 입체 직물.
- 단사섬도 0.05∼1.5dtex, 및 필라멘트수 30∼150개의 폴리에스테르 멀티필라멘트 얀을 1구성 성분으로서 함유하는 2 이상의 구성 성분으로 이루어지는 복합사를 표면층 및 이면층에서 경사 및 위사의 적어도 일방에 배치하고, 또한 표면층 및 이면층의 경사로서 결접층의 경사보다도 열수축률이 큰 고수축사 또는 그 고수축을 함유하는 복합사를 사용함으로써, 직물 조직을 갖는 표면층과, 직물 조직을 갖는 이면층과, 표면층과 이면층을 연결하고 또한 직물 조직을 갖는 결접층으로 구성되는 3중 직물을 제조한 후, 그 3중 직물에 온도 80∼100℃, 시간 1∼60분간의 습열 처리 및/또는 온도 140∼200℃, 시간 0.1∼20분의 건열 처리를 실시함으로써 결접층을 경사 방향으로 물결형으로 굴곡시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 입체 직물의 제조방법.
- 단사섬도 0.05∼1.5dtex, 또한 필라멘트수 30∼150개의 폴리에스테르 멀티필라멘트 얀을 1구성 성분으로서 함유하는 2 이상의 구성 성분으로 이루어지는 복합사를 표면층 및 이면층에서 경사 및 위사의 적어도 일방에 배치하고, 또한 표면층 및 이면층의 위사로서 결접층의 위사보다도 열수축률이 큰 고수축사 또는 그 고수축을 함유하는 복합사를 사용함으로써, 직물 조직을 갖는 표면층과, 직물 조직을 갖는 이면층과, 표면층과 이면층을 연결하고 직물 조직을 갖는 결접층으로 구성되는 3중 직물을 제조한 후, 그 3중 직물에 온도 80∼100℃, 시간 1∼60분간의 습열 처리 및/또는 온도 140∼200℃, 시간 0.1∼20분의 건열 처리를 실시함으로써 결접층을 위사 방향으로 물결형으로 굴곡시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 입체 직물의 제조방법.
