Claims (3)
- 신호 기록 매체의 신호 판독, 또는 신호 기입에 사용되는 광학 헤드 장치와 ,해당 광학 헤드 장치가 탑재되는 기기 본체에 설치되는 회로 기판이,플렉시블 배선기판에 의해 접속되는 광학 헤드 장치의 배선부재에 있어서,광학 헤드 장치에 탑재되는 반도체 레이저에 접속되는 서브 기판이 상기 플렉시블 배선기판에 설치되고,상기 서브 기판은,양면 기판으로 구성되고,그 표리로 각각 나누어 그랜드 라인과 핫측 라인이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 헤드 장치의 배선부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 서브 기판은,광학 헤드 장치의 광학 소자가 편입되는 광학 하우징의 외형에 따라 장착되고,서브 기판의 그랜드 라인이 형성된 면을 바깥쪽으로 해서 배치되는 구성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 헤드 장치의 배선부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 서브 기판은, 서로 다른 신호 기록 매체에 각각 적합한 레이저 광을 발광하는 제1 반도체 레이저 및 제2 반도체 레이저에 각각 접속되는 제1및 제2 레이저 접속 영역을 구비함과 동시에,상기 제1 및 제2 레이저 접속 영역 사이에 상기 플렉시블 배선기판과 접속되는 중계 영역을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 헤드 장치의 배선부재.
