Claims (8)
- 김치가루를 제조함에 있어 발효숙성이 완료되어진 김치류를 제 1공정인 진공건조 시스템을 통하여 건조김치를 만들어 내어 상온의 분쇄공정을 거쳐 김치가루를 만들어 내는 것과 제 2 공정인 진탕농즙기를 통하여 김치농즙액으로 만들어내고 제 3 공정인 동결건조기를 통하여 김치가루를 만들어 내고 제 2 공정에서 만들어낸 김치 농즙액에 고추가루 생강즙,마늘즙,파즙,소금,조미료,향신료,유기산류,고추장,비타민C 등을 중량대비의 혼합비율로 첨가 혼합시켜 혼합농축액(제4 공정)을 만들어 사용할 수 있게 하였고, 제 4 공정에서 만들어진 혼합농축액을 동결건조 과정을 거쳐 혼합 김치가루를 만들어 냈고, 제 3 공정에서 만들어진 김치가루와 고추가루,생강가루,마늘가루,파가루,가루고추장,소금,조미료,향신료,유기산류 등을 중량대비의 비율로 첨가 혼합시켜 혼합김치가루를 만들어서 된 영양김치가루.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 숙성되어진 김치류(배추김치,열무김치,절단막 버무림김치,깍두기)를 진공건조시스템을 통하여 건조김치를 만들어 내어 상온의 분쇄공정을 거쳐서 김치가루를 만들어 내게 한 영양김치가루.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 숙성되어진 김치류(배추김치,무김치,깍두기 등)를 상온에서 스크류로 된 진탕 농즙기를 통하여 완전 김치농즙액으로 만들어 낸 영양김치가루.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 제 2 공정을 거쳐 만들어진 김치 농즙액을 진공건조 시스템을 통하여 과립형이나 분상으로 된 김치 가루를 만들어 낸 영양김치가루.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 제 2 공정에서 생산되어진 김치농즙액에 증량대비 농즙액 1kg에 고추가루 30gr,생강즙 10gr, 마늘즙 20gr,파즙 50gr,소금 적의량,조미료 적의량,향신료 적의량,유기산류 적의량,고추장 50gr,비타민C 1gr, 칼슘2gr을 첨가하여 혼합기에서 상온에서 10분이상 혼합 농즙액으로 만들어낸 영양김치가루.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 제 4 공정에서 혼합완료 되어진 혼합농죽액을 진공건조 시스템에서 과립형이나 분상형으로 된 혼합 김치가루를 만들어 낸 영양김치가루.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 제 4 공정에서 만들어진 김치가루를 혼합김치가루로 제조하여 줌에 있어 김치가루에 증량대비 김치가루 1kg,고추가루30gr, 생강가루 10gr, 마늘가루 10gr, 파가루10gr,가루고추장 50gr, 소금 적의량, 조미료 적의량, 향신료 적의량, 유기산류 적의량, 칼슘2gr을 첨가하여 혼합기에서 상온상태에서 10분 이상 혼합을 시켜 분상으로 된 혼합 김치가루를 만들어낸 영양김치가루.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 제 1 공정과정에서 만들어진 김치가루를 혼합김치가루로 제조하여 줌에 있어 혼합비율을 중량대비 김치가루 1kg, 고추가루 25gr, 생강가루 10gr,마늘가루 10gr, 파가루 10gr, 가루고추장50gr, 소금적의량,조미료 적의량,향신료 적의량,유기산류 적의량,칼슘3gr, 두분 10gr을 첨가하여 혼합기에서 상온상태에서 10분 이상 혼합을 시켜 분상으로 된 혼합김치 가루를 만들어 낸 영양김치가루.
