Claims (3)
- 파쇄기에서 파쇄된 폐타이어와 가열된 폐유를 2:1의 비율로 공급하여 열분해 반응기를 통과하도록 설치된 스크류에 의해 이송되면서 교반과 함께 열분해 반응을 거친 후, 잔류물은 잔류물 건조기로 배출되고 오일, 가스, 타르 등 발생되는 생성물들을 회수하여 에너지원 및 재생자원으로 사용하도록, 스크류축을 구비한 반응기와 잔류물 건조기를 포함하는 폐타이어 열분해 오일화 장치에 있어서,상기 반응기(100)가 적정 반응온도를 유지하도록, 반응기 내통(132) 외벽에 다수개의 나선형 열전달 핀(118)이 형성되고,고온의 스팀을 분사함으로서 반응기(100) 내부의 스케일 현상을 최소화하도록, 상기 스크류 축(128)의 표면에 다수개의 분사공(130)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐타이어 열분해 오일화 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 반응기(100)를 둘러싸도록 설치되는 반응기 재킷(126)은, 분해와 결합이 간편하도록 다수개의 결합공(125)이 형성된 반응기 재킷 플랜지(122)와 반응기 결합 플랜지(124)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐타이어 열분해 오일화 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 잔류물 건조기(200)는, 잔류물의 폭발을 방지하도록 잔류물을 냉각시키는 냉각수 저장조(48)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐타이어 열분해 오일화 장치.
