Claims (10)
- 무선 네트워크에 의해 제공되는 패킷 데이터 서비스를 지원할 수 있는 이동 장치에 있어서,무선 네트워크와 패킷 데이터 서비스 인증 정보를 교환하기 위한 송수신기와;메모리와;상기 메모리에 제공되고, 상기 이동 장치에 패킷 데이터 서비스를 제공하지 않는 무선 네트워크를 식별하며, 이전의 패킷 데이터 서비스 인증 거부에 기초하는 현재 블랙리스트와;새로 수신한 패킷 데이터 서비스 인증 정보에 응답하여 상기 현재 블랙리스트를 갱신하는 프로세서를 포함하는 이동 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 현재 블랙리스트는 상기 이동 장치에 패킷 데이터 서비스를 제공하지 않는 각 무선 네트워크의 시스템 식별자 및 네트워크 식별자, 상기 이동 장치에 패킷 데이터 서비스를 제공하지 않는 각 무선 네트워크의 타이머값, 상기 이동 장치에 패킷 데이터 서비스를 제공하지 않는 각 무선 네트워크의 에이지 타이머, 및 블랙리스트된 무선 네트워크의 식별이 서버에 전달되었는지 여부를 표시하는 플래그로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 요소를 포함하는 것인 이동 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 현재 블랙리스트는 서버로부터 수신한 복합 현재 블랙리스트를 포함하는 것인 이동 장치.
- 현재 블랙리스트를 가진 이동 장치의 데이터 서비스 발견 방법에 있어서,무선 네트워크를 검출하는 단계와;이동 장치에 저장된 현재 블랙리스트를 검사하는 단계와;상기 검출된 무선 네트워크가 상기 현재 블랙리스트에 리스트되어 있는 경우, 미리 정해진 시간동안 모든 패킷 데이터 호출 시도를 억제하는 단계와;상기 검출된 무선 네트워크가 현재 블랙리스트에 리스트되어 있지 않은 경우, 상기 무선 네트워크가 상기 이동 장치에 패킷 데이터 서비스를 제공하는지 여부를 판단하고, 상기 무선 네트워크가 상기 이동 장치에 패킷 데이터 서비스를 제공하지 않는 경우, 상기 무선 네트워크를 상기 현재 블랙리스트에 추가하는 단계를 포함하는 데이터 서비스 발견 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 체크하는 단계 이전에, 상기 무선 네트워크가 데이터 서비스를 지원하는지 여부를 판단하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 데이터 서비스 발견 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 무선 네트워크가 상기 이동 장치에 패킷 데이터 서비스를 제공하는지 여부를 판단하는 단계는 상기 무선 네트워크에서 상기 이동 장치를 인증하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 데이터 서비스 발견 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 현재 블랙리스트에 추가되는 무선 네트워크와 관련된 에이지 타이머를 개시시키는 단계, 리셋 조건의 만족에 응답하여 무선 네트워크와 관련된 에이지 타이머를 클리어하는 단계, 새로 블랙리스트된 무선 네트워크를 서버에 통지하는 단계 및 서버로부터 복합 현재 블랙리스트를 수신하는 단계로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 데이터 서비스 발견 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 공급 리셋 조건에 응답하여 상기 현재 블랙리스트를 클리어하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 데이터 서비스 발견 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 이전에는 이동 장치에 패킷 데이터 서비스를 제공하지 않았고 현재는 이동 장치에 패킷 데이터 서비스를 제공하고 있는 무선 네트워크를 이동 장치가 발견한 경우 서버에 통지를 보내는 단계, 및 이전에는 패킷 데이터 서비스를 제공하지 않았지만 현재는 패킷 데이터 서비스를 제공하고 있는 무선 네트워크의 엔트리를 클리어하기 위해 상기 서버로부터 다른 이동 장치로 통지를 보내는 단계로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 데이터 서비스 발견 방법.
- 서버와 이동 장치를 포함하는 무선 네트워크에서의 패킷 데이터 서비스 통지 방법에 있어서,새로 파워업된 이동 장치의 등록을 상기 서버에서 수신하는 단계와;상기 새로 파워업된 이동 장치에 패킷 데이터 서비스를 제공하지 않는 무선 네트워크를 식별하는, 서버에 저장된 현재 블랙리스트를 검색하는 단계와;상기 이동 장치에 의해 수신되어 이동 장치에 저장되도록 상기 서버에 저장된 현재 블랙리스트를 상기 서버로부터 상기 새로 파워업된 이동 장치로 보내는 단계를 포함하는 패킷 데이터 서비스 통지 방법.
