Claims (12)
- 종이 제조용 직물에 있어서,제1층 및 제2층으로 이루어진 기계반대방향(CD)의 얀들과;기계방향(MD)얀들이 이루는 계(system)로 구성되되, 상기 MD얀들은 서로 인접하는 적어도 두 개 이상의 MD얀들로 구성된 그룹으로 이루어지고, 각 그룹은 제1MD얀과 적어도 하나 이상의 제2MD얀을 가지며;상기 각 그룹내의 상기 제1MD얀은 듀플렉스 직조법으로 상기 제1층 및 제2층의 CD얀들과 상호 직조되되, 상호 직조될 때, 상기 제1MD얀은 제1층의 단지 하나의 CD얀과 결합되는 동시에 제2층의 단지 하나의 CD얀과 결합되며;상기 각 그룹내의 상기 제2MD얀은 듀플레스 직조법으로 상기 제1 및 제2층의 CD얀들과 상호 직조되되, 상호 직조될 때 상기 제2MD얀은 상기 제1층의 단지 하나의 CD얀과 결합되어, 상기 제2층의 적어도 두 개 이상의 연속적인 CD얀의 위쪽으로 들뜨게 되며;상기 각 그룹내의 상기 제1MD얀이 적어도 하나의 제2MD얀과 인접된 그룹의 제2MD얀 사이에 배열되도록 함으로써, 상기 제2MD얀들 사이의 상기 제1MD얀에 의하여 상기 직물의 배면에 연속적인 에어채널이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배면에 에어채널을 갖는 건조기용 직물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나 이상의 제2MD얀은 두 개로 이루어진 제2MD얀이고, 상기 두 개로 이루어진 제2MD얀은 상기 제1 및 제2층의 CD얀과 차례로 하나씩 상호 직조되는 동일한 쌍으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배면에 에어채널을 갖는 건조기용 직물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 MD얀은 직사각형 단면 형상인 납작한 모노필라멘트 얀인 것을 특징으로 하는 배면에 에어채널을 갖는 건조기용 직물.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 MD얀은 비-구형 단면 형상을 갖는 모노필라멘트인 것을 특징으로 하는 배면에 에어채널을 갖는 건조기용 직물.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 MD얀들중 일부는 폴리아미드 얀, 폴리에스터 얀, 폴리페닐렌 설파이드 얀, 변형된 열-, 하이드로리시스- 및 오염-저항성의 폴리에스터 얀, 폴리(사이클로헥산디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트이소프탈레이트)얀, 및 폴리에테르에테르케톤 얀중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 배면에 에어채널을 갖는 건조기용 직물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 CD얀들은 원형 단면 형상을 갖는 모노필라멘트 얀인 것을 특징으로 하는 배면에 에어채널을 갖는 건조기용 직물.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 제2층의 CD얀들의 일부는 상기 제1층 및 제2층의 CD얀들보다 더 큰 직경으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배면에 에어채널을 갖는 건조기용 직물.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 CD얀들중 일부는 폴리아미드 얀, 폴리에스터 얀, 폴리페닐렌 설파이드 얀, 변형된 열-, 하이드로리시스- 및 오염-저항성의 폴리에스터 얀, 폴리(사이클로헥산디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트이소프탈레이트)얀, 및 폴리에테르에테르케톤 얀인 것을 특징으로 하는 배면에 에어채널을 갖는 건조기용 직물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제1층의 CD얀들은 상기 제2층의 CD얀들에 대하여 수직방향으로 적층된 배치가 되지 않도록 기계방향을 따라 단차지게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 배면에 에어채널을 갖는 건조기용 직물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 각그룹내의 제2MD얀은 상호 직조될 때, 상기 제2층의 연속적인 4개의 CD얀 위쪽으로 들뜨게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배면에 에어채널을 갖는 건조기용 직물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 CD얀의 일부는 비-구형 단면 형상을 갖는 모노필라멘트 얀인 것을 특징으로 하는 배면에 에어채널을 갖는 건조기용 직물.
- 종이 제조용 직물에 있어서,다수의 기계반대방향(CD) 얀들과;다수의 기계방향(MD) 얀들로 구성되되,상기 MD얀 및 CD얀은 미리 설정된 방법에 의하여 상기 직물의 배면에 다수의 연속적 에어채널이 형성되도록 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 배면에 에어채널을 갖는 건조기용 직물.
