Claims (10)
- 편향 롤 및/또는 가압 롤(4)을 구비하고, 연속적인 재료(2)를 안내하는 롤 장치(3)와, 상기 연속적인 재료(2)에 유체(6)를 도포하도록 상기 롤 장치와 상호 작용하는 도포 장치(A)를 포함하는 연속적인 재료(2) 처리 설비(1)에 있어서,상기 도포 장치(A)는 구조적 유닛으로서 구성되고, 상기 처리 설비(1)에 분리 가능하게 연결되며, 상기 편향 롤 및/또는 가압 롤(4)은 상기 도포 장치(A)가 분리될 때에 상기 처리 설비(1)에 남아 있도록, 상기 처리 설비(1) 상에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속적인 재료 처리 설비.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도포 장치(A)는, 특히 어미형(fishtail) 다이(13a)를 수용하는 슬롯형 도포부(13)가 마련되는 구조적 유닛(52)이며, 이 슬롯형 도포부는 유체(6)를 도포하기 위해서 편향 롤 및/또는 가압 롤(4) 상의 연속적인 재료(2)의 권취 영역에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속적인 재료 처리 설비.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도포 장치(A)는 유체(6)를 전달하는 적어도 하나의 도포 롤(11; 12)를 구비하는 구조적 유닛(5, 51)이며, 상기 도포 롤은 편향 롤 및/또는 가압 롤(4) 상의 연속적인 재료(2)의 권취 영역에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는재료 처리 설비.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 도포 롤은 프로파일형 표면을 지닌 롤(7)이고, 특히 유체(6)를 전달하는 함몰부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속적인 재료 처리 설비.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도포 장치(A)는 유체(6)를 도포하는 분무 기구를 구비하는 구조적 유닛이고, 이 분무 기구는 상기 편향 롤 및/또는 가압 롤(4)상의 연속적인 재료(2)의 권취 영역에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속적인 재료 처리 설비.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도포 장치(A)는 유체(6)를 도포하는 캐스팅(casting) 기구를 구비하는 구조적 유닛이고, 이 캐스팅 기구는 상기 편향 롤 및/또는 가압 롤(4)상의 연속적인 재료(2)의 권취 영역에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속적인 재료 처리 설비.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도포 장치(A)의 하류에는 기판(9)을 공급하는 장치가 마련되고, 이 장치에 의해 상기 기판(9)은 상기 연속적인 재료에 피도포 유체(6)를 매개로 하여 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속적인 재료 처리 설비.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유체(6)용 제2 모듈형 도포 장치(A2: 105; 151; 152; 153; 154)가 마련되며, 이 도포 장치는 제1 모듈형 도포 장치(A: 5; 51; 52; 53; 54)의 하류에 연결되며, 구조적 유닛으로서 구성되고, 상기 처리 설비에 분리 가능하게 연결되며, 제2 편향 롤 및/또는 가압 롤(104)이, 상기 제2 모듈형 도포 장치(A2: 105; 151; 152; 153; 154)가 분리될 때에 상기 처리 설비(1) 상에 남아 있도록 처리 설비(1)에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속적인 재료 처리 설비.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제2 모듈형 도포 장치(A2: 105; 151; 152; 153; 154)의 하류에는 제2 기판(109)을 공급하는 장치가 마련되고, 이 장치에 의해 상기 제2 기판(109)이 상기 연속적인 재료에 또는 상기 제1 기판(9)에 피도포 유체(106)를 매개로 하여 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속적인 재료 처리 설비.
- 연속적인 재료를 안내하는 롤 장치(3)와, 편향 롤 및/또는 가압 롤(4)상에 있는 상기 연속적인 재료의 권취 영역에 배치된 유체(6)용 제1 도포 장치(A)를 포함하는 연속적인 재료 처리, 특히 복수 층의 적층물을 제조하는 설비(10)에 있어서,유체(106)용 제2 도포 장치(A2)가 마련되고, 이 제2 도포 장치는 편향 롤 및/또는 가압 롤(104) 상에 있는 연속적인 재료의 권취 영역에 배치되는 것이며, 제2 기판(109)을 공급하는 장치가 마련되고, 이 장치는 편향 롤 및/또는 가압 롤(110)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 설비.
