Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for accelerating wet washing in a variable speed drum of a drum washing machine, the washing machine comprising: an apparatus for checking the amount of laundry filled in the drum, an adjustable fresh water-filling device, the amount of filled water (q) and It consists of a level measuring device for the wash liquor and a control unit that affects the operating course of the loaded drum. According to the method, the amount of fresh water is determined according to the identified amount of laundry. During the first step A, if the amount of fresh water to be supplied to the laundry item (determined by absorbency) is reached and determined, a series of steps B during the first predetermined length at an rpm adapted to the laundry (eg 50 rpm), The drum is driven in a reversing manner for each section with C and D. The drum is then stopped and then the rpm (eg, 25 rpm) that is adapted to the wetting of the wash for a second specified length of time, in the direction in which the water is effectively distributed to the wash using a drum mounted ladle device. The drum is driven or stopped. The quantity required for the washing solution during the next washing step is determined only when the drum is driven in a reversing manner section by section at an rpm adapted to washing after the end of the second predetermined time length.
Description
The present invention relates to a process for accelerating wet washing of a drum driven at a limited rotational speed of a program controlled drum washing machine, comprising: an apparatus for checking the amount of laundry filled in a drum, an adjustable fresh water-filling device, It consists of a control device that affects the operating course of the loaded drum, as well as a measuring device for the volume and wash liquor level.
Such a process is known from patent application EP 0 318 761 A1 A1. In the mentioned application, the laundry pre-dried and filled by a drum-ladle ladle device when the drum with the net rotational speed which falls within the rotational speed suitable for washing is rotated within a relatively shorter time. It is wet. Of course the known processes are very stiff and do not take into account different absorbent laundry. This fact in most cases provides a lot of water that may be needed for the laundry provided directly. In addition, the net stage time with water obviously cannot last more than 5 minutes.
Based on the diagram shown in the figures, the process according to the invention and the individual formations of the process are described in more detail. As follows:
1 shows the course of supplying fresh water and thus the moving stage of the drum when the washing process starts and
2 shows a comparison of the process course according to the invention compared to a rigid yet undeterminable process according to the state of the art in the case of two different loads.

n: 회전 속도 레벨 q: 물의 양n: rotation speed level q: amount of water
In the process described at the outset, where the acceleration of the net stage is ensured, the object of the present invention is to freely provide sufficient washing liquid for each of the following washing processes and to provide as much water as necessary depending on the weight and absorbency of the laundry. Based on what is consumed.
The problem is solved by the process according to the invention, wherein the wetting program step of the process according to the invention comprises at least three steps. In the first stage, a large amount of fresh water supplied is determined according to the absorbency, and in the second stage, when a large amount of water filled in the detergent solution container accumulates, the drum is operated in such a manner that the laundry is uniformly soaked for the first predetermined time. And at the last stage, the drum stops spinning and / or at a rotational speed suitable for wetting the laundry. After the end is confirmed and optionally filled, a drum of rotational speed suitable for washing is operated intermittently and in reverse.
The situation according to the invention has been proved to be very suitable by numerous studies. At almost all load changes, the advantages within the above-described submissions can be found.
The process according to the invention can be advantageously formed by the numerous variations given in the dependent claims. For example, to measure the amount of fresh water filled, a ratio is formed between the amount of water actually filled and the actual detergent solution state, which is particularly advantageous when the ratio is related to the slope of the increase in detergent solution state. In any case, the detergent container of the washing machine never overflows, since a lot of water is already initially filled for laundry with below average wetness.
However, other treatments given in the subclaims are also useful for improving the behavior of each task. In this connection it is also avoided that the washing efficiency is lowered to measure the amount of wash liquor as in the processes known by the indeterminate and unlimited water replenishment step. This is because fluctuations in temperature shock and detergent concentration can somewhat hinder the even progress of the washing process. In addition, washing fluid heating can be started faster and more evenly than in the state of the art, as the level of filled water that covers the radiator can be reached faster.
Furthermore, the intelligent control system can learn the data through an advanced water supply process that can better determine the amount of laundry guessed prior to the start of the water supply process. Thus, even when a larger amount is loaded, the amount of laundry that is also filled can be adjusted more accurately.
At the beginning of the washing process, the process according to the invention is carried out in three stages in the detergent solution container: first at 0,5 liters, then at 1,5 liters and finally at about 2,5 liters of fresh water in three stages. Supplied. This is clearly seen by the stripe diagram line 1 for the quantity q of water filled in FIG. 1. Line 2 extending in the same diagram shows the operation of the drum based on the speed level n. The first step (A), in which the amount of water supplied and the state of the washing solution are fixedly measured, lasts about 2 minutes, and the fresh water is rapidly filled and the drum is slowly rotated in one direction slowly to about 25 Upm. .
The difference between the amount of detergent solution and the measure of the condition or the difference between the two shows the absorbency of the laundry. Along with the increasing slope value of the detergent solution state as the washing drum rotates, the value for the amount of laundry to the total absorbency and the first full amount of fresh water can be clearly calculated from the above measurements. Instead of the calculation, a predetermined first full water amount may also be determined, which amount depends on the minimum absorbency of the handling laundry.
As soon as a portion of the third fresh water has been filled, in the next step (B) the drum starts to rotate back about 50 Upm at about three intervals. This step is to increase the wetting of the laundry seen in the detergent solution that sinks during step (B). Another treatment may be used that may enhance wetting instead of or in addition to the treatment. The slope of the detergent solution sinking state can very accurately estimate the amount of laundry again, and thus the accuracy of the value estimated in the first step (A) can be further improved. The actual measured value of detergent solution gives the possibility to determine the type of washing according to the absorbency compared to the total amount of water supplied elsewhere.
Step (B) ends with approximately three minutes of operation and once again the operation of the reverse-driven drum, which continues to operate at only about 25 Upm. During the process there are also sufficient drum stop steps, many or few. During this last step, which is the resting step (C), the leveling of each of the wash liquors decreases. The washing time in which water is continuously filled in step (C) consumes water to some extent. At this time, the wet surface of the fiber first penetrates deep into the fiber. The direction of rotation of the drum is selectable such that the direction of rotation of the water is particularly effectively distributed to the laundry by the drum ladle device.
Step (C) lasts for about 30 seconds, but this short time is very important, since the step may hinder the operation of further subsequent water supply if the lump is delayed. In the meantime, the control unit can obtain a great deal of data about the course of the absorption process from the measurement of the amount of water supplied and the detergent solution condition, thus yielding the specific amount required for the final supply of fresh water of almost 0,5 liters or more. have. With the last full water, the necessary and very sufficient amount of the total required wash liquor is really exactly limited so that the next washing process step (D) is no longer disturbed by any cold fresh water supply, and the drum is reloaded during step (D). Intermittently reversed to about 50 Upm. Again, before or during the last fresh water supply, the drum can be stopped again for a shorter time, whether large or small.
The comparison of the process according to the invention with the process from the state of the art shown in FIG. 2 shows the water level characteristic curve for the detergent solution container fullness for convenience. Horizontal lines show the top and bottom junctions of the level control. The medium to thick lines represent the water level characteristic curve and the water supply process according to the invention, respectively, when the weight of the dry laundry is 3 kg to 5 kg. The thin dashed line shows the level line of the full water process according to the state of the art in comparison, where different loads are only seen as the number of subsequent water feed processes. The above comparison clearly shows the advantages of the process according to the invention. Filling as much washing liquid as necessary for washing is completed much earlier than in the state of the art. The actual washing process, which begins by preparing the required water level and the required temperature, can be started again much sooner and moreover freed by the additional cold water supply and at the same time the accompanying temperature drop.
