Abstract

고압 연료를 분사 밸브로 공급하기 위한 커먼 레일을 구비하며 중유 작동에 적합한 피스톤 내연기관에 있어서, 상기 내연기관의 이용 가능성은 간단한 공간 절약형 수단, 즉 커먼 레일에 장착된 가열 소자에 의해 커진다.

Description

피스톤 내연기관{PISTON INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE}
본 발명은 고압 연료를 분사 밸브로 공급하기 위한 커먼 레일을 구비하며 중유 작동에 적합한 피스톤 내연기관에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 과제는 간단한 공간 절약형 수단으로 피스톤 내연기관의 이용 가능성을 높이는 것이다.
상기 과제는 커먼 레일 내에 가열 소자를 장착함으로써 달성된다. 본 발명의 적용시 분사 밸브에는 항상 필요한 온도 및 그로 인해 필요한 점성을 갖는 연료가 제공될 수 있다. 내연기관은 정지 단계 후에도 문제없이 시동될 수 있다. 작동 중에도 요구되는 연료 점성을 지키는 것이 유리하다.
바람직하게는, 상기 가열 소자가 커먼 레일의 중앙에 배치된다. 이로 인해, 공급된 열이 최적으로 이용된다.
바람직하게는, 상기 커먼 레일은 갭을 포함하는 상태로 둘러 싸여있다. 이로 인해, 열 손실이 최소화될 수 있다.
또 다른 특징 및 장점은 종속 청구항 및 도면을 참고로 하는 실시예의 설명에 개시된다. 이 도면은 커먼 레일의 일부를 절결하여 도시하고 있다.
도면에는 관형 커먼 레일(1)이 도시되어 있다. 고압 연료를 수용하는 내부 공간(2) 내로 가열 소자(3)가 삽입된다. 상기 가열 소자는 도시된 실시예에서 고온 증기가 공급되는 관으로 형성된다. 커먼 레일(1)의 양단에는 각각 하나의 폐쇄 부품(4)이 배치된다. 상기 폐쇄 부품(4)은 내부 공간(2)을 압력 밀봉식으로 폐쇄한다. 도면에는 하나의 폐쇄 부품(4)만이 도시되어 있다. 각각의 폐쇄 부품(4)은 홀(5)을 가지며, 상기 홀에는 고온 증기의 순환을 유지하기 위한 파이프 라인(도시 생략)이 연결된다. 가열 소자(3) 및 홀(5)은 내부 공간(2)에 대해 압력 밀봉식으로 구현된다. 커먼 레일(1)은 공지된 방식으로 연결 부품(6) 내의 홀과 각각 하나의 연결 파이프 라인(7)을 통해 각각 하나의 분사 밸브(8)에 연결되어 있다. 2개의 연결 부품(6) 또는 하나의 연결 부품(6)과 폐쇄 부품(4) 사이에서 커먼 레일(1) 둘레에 갭이 마련되어, 각각 하나의 재킷관 부품(9)이 장착된다.
고온 증기가 흐르는 가열 소자 대신에 전기 가열 소자도 사용할 수 있다.
전술한 가열 소자에 의해, 장착 공간이 작을 때 커먼 레일(1) 내의 연료가 균일하게 예열되고, 그로 인해 확실한 엔진 시동 및 중유에 의한 엔진 작동이 이루어질 수 있다. 또한, 차가운 내연기관이 확실하게 작동되는 내연기관으로 되는 데 걸리는 시간이 단축되기 때문에, 피스톤 내연기관의 이용에까지 걸리는 시간이 단축된다.
본 발명에 따르면, 분사 밸브에는 항상 필요한 온도 및 그로 인해 필요한 점성을 갖는 연료가 제공될 수 있고, 내연기관은 정지 단계 후에도 문제없이 시동될 수 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 고압 연료를 분사 밸브로 공급하기 위한 커먼 레일을 구비하며, 중유 작동에 적합한 피스톤 내연기관에 있어서,
    상기 커먼 레일(1) 내에 가열 소자(3)가 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 내연기관.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열 소자(3)가 상기 커먼 레일(1)의 중앙에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 내연기관.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열 소자(3)에 고온 증기가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 내연기관.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가열 소자(3)가 전기 가열 수단으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 내연기관.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 커먼 레일(1)이 갭을 포함하는 상태로 둘러싸여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 내연기관.
