Claims (8)
- 박막트랜지스터 및 화소전극이 형성된 제 1기판과, 상기 제 1기판과 대향하여 컬러필터층 및 공통전극이 형성된 제 2기판이 구비되고, 상기 제 1기판 및 제 2기판을 접지시키기 위한 은 페이스트를 상기 제 1기판의 다수의 소정 영역에 형성하는 액정표시소자 제조장치에 있어서,소정 압력의 질소가스(N2)를 일정하게 제공하는 콘트롤러와,상기 콘트롤러로부터 소정 압력의 질소가스를 제공받아 상기 제 1기판의 다수의 소정 영역에 은 페이스트를 도팅하는 다수의 디스펜서와,상기 각각의 디스펜서에 동일한 압력의 질소가스가 유입되도록 조절하는 유량제어 밸브가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유량제어 밸브는 상기 다수의 디스펜서 각각에 개별적으로 구비되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 다수의 디스펜서는 상기 제 1기판 상의 은 페이스트가 도팅되어야 할 다수의 영역 상부에 일정한 간격으로 각각 위치함을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1기판 상에는 상기 박막트랜지스터 및 화소전극이 형성된 다수의 액정표시소자 셀이 구비되어 있으며, 상기 제 1기판의 다수의 소정 영역은 상기 각각의 액정표시소자 셀의 외곽 영역에 해당됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조장치.
- 박막트랜지스터 및 화소전극이 형성된 액정표시소자 셀이 다수 형성된 제 1기판과, 상기 제 1기판과 대향하여 컬러필터층 및 공통전극이 형성된 제 2기판을 구비하는 단계와,상기 제 1기판 상에 상기 다수의 액정표시소자 셀 각각의 액티브 영역 가장자리 부분을 둘러싸도록 씰제를 도포하는 단계와,상기 제 1기판과 제 2기판 사이의 일정한 간격을 유지토록 하는 스페이서를 상기 제 1기판 상에 산포하는 단계와,상기 다수의 액정표시소자 셀에 각각 도포된 씰제의 외곽 영역에 소정 간격의 은 페이스트를 동시에 형성하는 단계와,상기 제 1기판 및 제 2기판을 합착하는 단계가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 제 1기판 및 제 2기판이 합착되기 전 제 1기판 상에 액정이 적하되는 단계가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 제 1기판 및 제 2기판이 합착된 후 액정을 주입하는 단계가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 소정 간격의 은 페이스트가 동시에 형성되는 것은, 상기 은 페이스트가 도팅되어야 할 다수의 영역 상부에 일정한 간격으로 디스펜서가 각각 위치하여 동시에 동일한 양의 은을 도팅함으로 이루어 짐을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
