Claims (23)
- 하기 화학식 1의 리튬 염을 포함하는 전지:화학식 1Li2B12FxZ12-x상기 화학식에서, x의 평균치는 4 이상, 12 이하이고, Z는 H, Cl 또는 Br이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, x는 5 이상인 것인 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, x는 8 이상인 것인 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, x는 12 미만이고, Z는 Cl 또는 Br인 것인 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 염은 Li2B12F5H7, Li2B 12F6H6, Li2B12F7H5 Li2 B12F8H4, Li2B12F9H3, Li2B12F10H 2 및 Li2B12F11H로 구성된 군에서 선택된 것인 전지.
- 제2항에 있어서, 용매를 더 포함하며, 이러한 용매중의 리튬 염의 농도는 0.01∼1 몰인 것인 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 염은 Li2B12FxCl12-x 및 Li2 B12FxBr12-x로 구성된 군에서 선택되며, 여기서 x는 10 또는 11인 것인 전지.

- 제1항에 있어서, x는 10이고, 1 이상의 Z는 Cl인 것인 전지.
- 제8항에 있어서, x는 10 또는 11이고, Z는 Cl 또는 Br인 것인 전지.
- 하기 화학식 1로 나타낸 군으로부터 선택된 리튬계 플루오로도데카보레이트:화학식 1Li2B12FxZ12-x상기 화학식에서, x는 평균치를 기준으로 하여 4 이상, 12 이하이며, Z는 Cl, H 또는 Br이다.
- 제11항에 있어서, Li2B12F5H7, Li2B12F 6H6, Li2B12F7H5, Li2B12 F8H4, Li2B12F9H3, Li2B12F10H2 및 Li2B12F11H로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것인 리튬계 플루오로도데카보레이트.
- 제11항에 있어서, x는 5 이상인 것인 리튬계 플루오로도데카보레이트.
- 제11항에 있어서, x는 8 이상인 것인 리튬계 플루오로도데카보레이트.
- 제11항에 있어서, x는 8 이상, 12 미만인 것인 리튬계 플루오로도데카보레이트.
- 제11항에 있어서, x는 10 또는 11이고, Z는 Cl 또는 Br인 것인 리튬계 플루오로도데카보레이트.
- 화학 전지에 사용하기 위한, 하기 화학식 1을 포함하는 리튬 염 및 용매를 포함하는 리튬 전해질:화학식 1Li2B12FxZ12-x상기 화학식에서, x는 4 이상, 12 이하이고, Z는 H, Cl 또는 Br이다.
- 제17항에 있어서, x는 10 이상인 것인 리튬 전해질.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 에틸렌 카보네이트, 디메틸 카보네이트, 에틸 메틸 카보네이트, 디에틸 카보네이트, 메틸 프로필 카보네이트, 메틸 트리플루오로에틸 카보네이트, 디메톡시에탄, 디글림, 트리글림, 프로필렌 카보네이트, 트리플루오로프로필렌 카보네이트, 클로로에틸렌 카보네이트, 비닐렌 카보네이트, 부틸렌 카보네이트, 디메틸비닐렌 카보네이트, 비양성자성 겔 중합체 및 중합체 매트릭스로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것인 리튬 전해질.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 에틸렌 카보네이트, 프로필렌 카보네이트, 디메틸 카보네이트 및 디에틸 카보네이트로 구성된 군에서 선택된 것인 리튬 전해질.
- 제17항에 있어서, x는 10 또는 11이고, Z는 Cl 또는 Br인 것인 리튬 전해질.
- 제17항에 있어서, x는 4 이상, 12 미만인 것인 리튬 전해질.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 염은 Li2B12F5H7, Li2B 12F6H6, Li2B12F7H5, Li2B12F8H4, Li2B12F9H3 , Li2B12F10H2 및 Li2B12F11 H로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것인 리튬 전해질.
