Claims (10)
- 레코딩 디바이스에 의해 레코딩되는 신호를 갖는 데이터 소스의 상태 변화를 검출하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 레코딩 디바이스와 상기 데이터 소스는 서로 제어할 수 없으며, 상기 레코딩은 제 1 시각(t1)에서 시작하며 재생은 상기 제 1 시각(t1)보다 더 늦은 제 2 시각(t1')에서 시작하는, 데이터 소스의 상태 변화 검출 방법에 있어서,a) 손상되지 않은 데이터 스트림을 나타내는 특성에 대해 상기 소스로부터 레코딩될 상기 신호를 영구히 모니터하는 단계와,b) 상기 데이터 스트림에 있는 손상을 검출하자마자 유저에게 알려주는 단계를 포함하는, 데이터 소스의 상태 변화 검출 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, c) 손상이 일어난 시각(t2)을 식별하는 단계와,d) 재생 동안 상기 손상의 발생이 예견되는 시각(t2')을 계산하는 단계와,e) 상기 손상의 발생이 예견된 시각(t2')을 유저에게 알려주는 단계를 더 포함하는, 데이터 소스의 상태 변화 검출 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 손상의 발생 및/또는 손상의 타입을 알려주는 메시지를 디스플레이 위에 디스플레이 하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 데이터 소스의 상태 변화 검출 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 손상의 발생시 유저가 상호작용하는 적어도 하나의 선택가능한 조치를 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 데이터 소스의 상태 변화 검출 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 신호는 방송 또는 텔레비전 신호인, 데이터 소스의 상태 변화 검출 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 손상되지 않은 데이터 스트림을 나타내는 특성에 대한 신호를 모니터하는 단계는 수직 및/또는 수평 동기 신호를 모니터하는 단계를 포함하는, 데이터 소스의 상태 변화 검출 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 손상되지 않은 데이터 스트림을 나타내는 특성에 대한 신호를 모니터하는 단계는 레코딩될 신호와 함께 방송되는 데이터 스트림의 콘텐츠와 연관된 추가 정보를 전달하는 신호를 모니터하는 단계를 포함하는, 데이터 소스의 상태 변화 검출 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 재생 및 레코딩은 적어도 부분적으로 동시에 수행되는, 데이터 소스의 상태 변화 검출 방법.
- 데이터 소스로부터 수신되는 데이터를 레코딩하고 재생하는 디바이스에 있어서, 손상되지 않은 데이터 스트림을 나타내는 특성에 대해 레코딩될 신호를 모니터하는 수단과, 메시지를 디스플레이 상에 디스플레이 하는 수단을 포함하는, 데이터 소스로부터 수신되는 데이터를 레코딩하고 재생하는 디바이스.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 유저에 의해 개시되는 명령에 응답하는 수단을 더 포함하는, 데이터 소스로부터 수신되는 데이터를 레코딩하고 재생하는 디바이스.
