Claims (6)
- 기판(1)과, 콜로이드성 층(2)과, 제 1 전극(3), 전자발광 층(4) 및 제 2 전극(5)으로 구성된 적층체(laminated body)를 포함하는, 전자발광 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 콜로이드성 층(2)은 상기 기판 상에 인접하고, 상기 적층체는 콜로이드성 층(2) 상에 인접하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전자발광 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 적층체는 기판(1) 상에 인접하고, 상기 콜로이드성 층(2)은 상기 적층체 상에 인접하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전자발광 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 콜로이드성 층(2)은 산화금속, SiO2, 무기 안료 및 이들 물질의 조합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전자발광 디바이스.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 물질은 1 내지 400㎚ 범위의 입자 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전자발광 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 콜로이드성 층은 픽셀화 층(pixelated layer)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전자발광 디바이스.
