Claims (10)
- 차량에 설치되어 외부 환경의 변화를 감지하고, 외부 차선의 변경 정도를 감지하는 디지털 카메라와;상기 차량에 설치되어 감속도를 감지하는 감속도 센서와;상기 차량에 설치되어 상기 차량 내 운전자의 고주파 음성 대역과 감속도의 관계를 맵핑하는 음성인식센서와;상기 차량에 설치되어 상기 차량 운전자의 페달 정보와 브레이크 작동유압을 분리시키기 위한 페달 시뮬레이터를 장착한 브레이크장치와;상기 차량에 설치되어 상기 차량의 각종 센서와 상기 디지털 카메라로부터 수신된 정보와 감속도 정보를 이용하여 상기 차량의 긴급상황을 종합적으로 맵핑하고, 긴급상황시 상기 브레이크장치를 통해 페달 답력에 상관없이 브레이크 답력을 높여 주어 감속도를 증대시켜 제동거리를 짧게하는 ECU와;상기 ECU가 졸음운전으로 판단했을 때 운전자에게 경고하는 경고장치;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 졸음운전 방지 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 ECU에서 운전자의 수면을 유도하고 안전하게 수면을 하도록 신호를 받는 ETACS와;상기 차량에 설치되어 상기 차량 내 공기의 질을 측정하여 상기 ETACS에서 운전자가 수면중에 질식하지 않도록 하는 AQS센서와;운전자의 수면중에 화재가 발생되지 않도록 상기 차량의 전자 액셀러레이터 페달 신호를 중간에서 차단하기 위해 상기 차량에 설치된 릴레이와;상기 차량에 설치되어 상기 차량의 실내 온도를 제어하는 자동온도조절장치;를 더 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 졸음운전 방지 시스템.
- (a) 차량 ECU에서 상기 차량의 외부 상황을 이미지 프로세싱하고, 운전자의 음성을 계속적으로 파악하는 단계와;(b) 일정 거리 이내에 장애물이 발견되어 더 이상 피할 수 없을 긴급상황으로 인식되어지는 경우를 결정하는 단계와;(c) 긴급상황에 대한 차량 조건에서 운전자의 페달 압력에 상관없이 브레이크 제동력을 높여 미숙한 운전자에게 고감속의 제동력을 얻을 수 있도록 하는 단계와;(d) 상기 차량의 차선 변경을 통해 운전자의 습관을 파악하여 일정 횟수 이상 차선 변경 주기와 급격한 차선 변경 상태를 파악하여 상기 이미지 프로세싱으로 인지되어진 졸음운전이나 긴급상황의 경우 차량속도를 줄이는 동시에 운전자에게 경보하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 졸음운전 방지 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 단계 (d)에서 상기 이미지 프로세싱을 이용한 긴급상황 및 졸음운전의 인식은,(e) 디지털 카메라를 이용하여 외부 차선의 경계를 촬영하는 단계와;(f) 상기 단계 (e)에서 촬영한 전체 형상을 흑백 이미지로 전환하는 단계와;(g) 상기 차선의 이미지를 이미지 프로세싱을 이용하여 분리하는 단계와;(h) 상기 차선 부위의 자료를 추출하고, 상기 차선 변경의 움직임의 주기와 변경 크기를 상기 차선 변화의 시간함수로 계산(차선 변화율)하고, 그 크기의 평균치를 계산하는 단계와;(i) 상기 차량 외부의 장애물과의 거리를 측정하여 현재 속도에 비례하여 회피할 수 있는 시간을 측정하는 단계와;(j) 상기 ECU에 상기한 정보를 전송하는 단계;를 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 졸음운전 방지 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 단계 (g)에서 상기 차선의 이미지를 이미지 프로세싱을 이용한 분리는, 전체적인 형상에서 전체 큰 곡률을 이용하여 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 졸음운전 방지 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 운전자의 긴급상황 음성인식은,(k) 상기 차량을 처음 인도 받을 때, 마이크로폰을 이용하여 운전자의 소리를 저장하여 상기 운전자의 일반 음성대의 주파수대역과 음조를 기억시키는 단계와;(l) 주행중 상기 마이크로폰을 이용하여 상기 차량 실내의 소리를 측정하여 Hz별로 분리하는 단계와;(m) 상기 차량 실내의 여러 소리 중 상기 운전자의 음성을 분리하기 위해 상기 차량 초기에 기억시킨 주파수대와 음조를 비교하는 단계;를 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 졸음운전 방지 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 운전자의 음성인식에 의해 긴급 제동사항으로 인식되는 경우는,상기 ECU에 제동신호 감지하고, 운전자 음성 주파수대 이상의 높은 주파수가 발생하며, 일정 음성 주파수대 유지시간이 α미만이고, 변화율은 β이상이 만족하는 경우로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 졸음운전 방지 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 운전자의 음성인식에 의해 긴급 제동상황으로 인식되지 않는 경우는,상기 ECU에 제동신호가 감지되지 않는 경우, 상기 운전자의 음조가 아닌 경우, 일정 음성 주파수대 유지시간이 매우 긴 경우, 음성 주파수의 변화율이 느린 경우 중 어는 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 졸음운전 방지 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 단계 (d) 이후에 상기 차량이 완전히 세워진 후 운전자가 계속 졸음 상태에 있을 경우, 미리 입력되어진 ETACS의 메모리에 따라 운전자가 수면을 유도하도록 시트를 뒤로 젖히고 실내 환경 자동모드 후 전자 액셀러레이터 페달의 신호를 차단하는 단계를 더 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 졸음운전 방지방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 운전자가 수면을 원하지 않아 다시 시트를 올릴 경우 신호 차단을 해제하는 단계를 더 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 졸음운전 방지방법.
