Claims (8)
- 분자량 1,000 ∼ 500,000 g/mol이며 생체적합성을 가지는 폴리에틸렌옥사이드를 함유하는 공중합체와 수용액 내에서의 점성과 안정성을 부여하는 분자량 10,000 ∼ 1,000,000 g/mol인 고분자를 혼합하고 아울러 소염제를 첨가하여 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 도포 용이성과 조직유착 방지성능이 우수한 조직유착 방지제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기의 소염제가 첨가되지 않고 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 도포용이성과 조직유착방지 성능이 우수한 조직유착 방지제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 최종재료에 대한 폴리에틸렌옥사이드를 함유하는 공중합체의 혼합비는 1:0.01 ∼ 0.5 중량비인 것임을 특징으로 하는 조직유착 방지제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 최종재료에 대한 수용액에서의 점성과 안정성을 제공하는 고분자 (가교 또는 비가교)의 혼합비는 1: 0.0001 ∼ 0.04 중량비인 것임을 특징으로 하는 조직유착 방지제.
- 제 1 항 과 제 4항에 있어서,상기 최종재료에 대한 가교제의 혼합비는 1:0.0001 ∼ 0.02 중량비인 것임을 특징으로 하는 조직유착 방지제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 소염제의 혼합비는 최종재료에 대해 0.0001 ∼ 0.5 중량비인 것임을 특징으로 하는 조직유착 방지제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 분자량 1,000 ∼ 500,000 g/mol이며 생체적합성을 가지는 공중합체는 폴리에틸렌옥사이드-폴리프로필렌옥사이드 공중합체(Pluronic series), 폴리에틸렌옥사이드-폴리락틱산 공중합체, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드-폴리락틱글리콜산 공중합체, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드-폴리카프로락톤 공중합체 등 중에서 선택된 단독 또는 2 종 이상의 것이고,상기 소염제는 이부프로펜(Ibuprofen), 나프록센(Naproxen), 톨메틴(Tolmetin), 인도메타신(Indomethacin), 덱사메타손(Dexamethason), 프로제스토젠스(Progestogens) 등 중에서 선택된 단독 또는 2 종 이상의 혼합물인 것임을 특징으로 하는 조직유착 방지제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,최종재료에 대한 수용액에서의 점성과 안정성을 제공하는 고분자 (가교 또는 비가교) 재료는 알긴산 (alginic acid), 하이알룬산 (hyaluronic acid), 카르복시메틸셀룰로우스 (carboxymethyl cellulose), 덱스트란(dextran) 등 중에서 선택된 단독 또는 2 종 이상의 것이고,상기 가교제로는 Mg2+, Ca2+, Sr2+, Ba2+ 등의 2가 양이온, 키토산(chitosan), 글루타르알데히드(glutaraldehyde), 포르말린(formalin), 폴리-엘-라이신 (poly-L-lysine) 등 중에서 선택된 단독 또는 2 종 이상의 혼합물인 것임을 특징으로 하는 조직유착 방지제.
