Claims (2)
- 하이브리드 전기 차량의 배터리 시스템 시뮬레이션 장치에 있어서,상기 배터리 시스템의 충방전 상태를 시험하는 배터리 시험기와;상기 배터리 시스템의 설정된 충방전 조건에 따라 배터리의 전류/온도/전압 등에 대한 제어신호를 상기 배터리 시험기에 공급하여 제어함으로써 상기 배터리 시스템 성능을 시험하고, 시험된 결과를 입수하여 상기 배터리 시스템의 상태를 표시하는 제어용 컴퓨터(PC)와;상기 배터리 시스템의 배터리 정보를 예측하고 관리하는 배터리 관리 시스템(BMS)의 제어부(ECU)의 정보를 실시간으로 입수하여 배터리 시스템의 시뮬레이션 시험을 관장하는 마스터 제어기와;시뮬레이션상에 적용된 하이브리드 전기 차량 운행 프로파일에 따른 소모 전력을 상기 마스터 제어기에 공급하고, 상기 배터리 시스템의 하드웨어를 시뮬레이션 루프안에 포함시켜 실시간으로 상기 배터리 시스템의 상태를 시뮬레이션 하는 시뮬레이션부를 포함하여 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 전기 차량의 배터리 시스템 시뮬레이션 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배터리 시험기와 마스터 제어기 및 시뮬레이션부 (HILS)를 캔(CAN) 통신으로 연결하여 시뮬레이션을 수행하도록 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 전기 차량의 배터리 시스템 시뮬레이션 장치.
