Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 코어 플라스틱 광학 부재를 제조하는 방법으로서,폴리머를 용융시키는 단계와,코어 용융 폴리머를 얻기 위하여 압출 다이로 부터 상기 폴리머를 압출시키는 단계 및,성형 다이를 통하여 상기 용융 폴리머의 형상을 교정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 감압 펌프를 작동시켜 상기 성형 다이를 감압시키는 단계를 더 포함하며, 상기 감압 펌프는 상기 성형 다이의 내면에 형성된 복수의 구멍을 통하여 상기 성형 다이에 연결되며, 용융 폴리머는 상기 성형 다이의 내면에 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성형 다이에서 용융 폴리머의 압출 속도는 0.1 m/min 이상, 10 m/min 이하임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, Tg 는 상기 폴리머의 유리 전이 온도 일때 용융 폴리머의 온도는 (Tg+30) ℃ 이상, (Tg+120) ℃ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 압출 다이의 출구 근처에서 용융 폴리머의 겉보기 점도는 500 내지 10000 Paㆍs 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 플라스틱 광학 제품을 제조하기 위한 방법으로서,중합된 물질을 플라스틱 광학 부재의 중공 영역 내부로 주입시키는 단계 및,상기 중합된 물질을 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 플라스틱 광섬유를 제조하는 방법으로서,청구항 6 의 방법으로 제조된 상기 플라스틱 광학 제품을 인발하는 단계를 포함하며,플라스틱 광학 부재는 플라스틱 광섬유의 클래드이며, 중합된 물질은 상기 플라스틱 광섬유의 코어임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구항 6 의 방법에 의해 제작된 플라스틱 광학 제품.
- 청구항 8 의 플라스틱 광학 제품을 인발하여 제조되는 플라스틱 광섬유로서,플라스틱 광학 부재는 상기 플라스틱 광섬유의 클래드이며, 중합된 물질은 상기 플라스틱 광섬유의 코어임을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 광섬유.
- 플라스틱 광학 부재를 제조하는 장치로서,폴리머를 용융하는 수단과,중공 용융 폴리머를 얻기 위하여 폴리머를 압출시키는 압출 다이와,상기 압출 다이의 하류에 배치되어 상기 용융 폴리머의 형상을 교정하는 성형 다이를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 성형 다이를 감압시키는 감압 펌프를 더 포함하며, 이 감압 펌프는 성형 다이의 내면에 형성된 복수의 구멍을 통하여 상기 성형 다이에 연결되며, 용융 폴리머는 성형 다이의 내면에 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 성형 다이의 내면에서 공기압은 20 kPa 내지 50 kPa 임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 성형 다이의 입구에 고정된 스로트 부재를 또한 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 성형 다이를 통과한 후에 용융 폴리머를 냉각시키는 수단이 또한 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,L (mm) 은 압출 다이의 출구와 성형 다이의 입구 사이의 거리라고 할 때, 0< L < 20 인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
