Claims (8)
- 수소이온 전도성의 고분자 전해질막과 상기 고분자 전해질막을 끼운 애노드 및 캐소드를 가진 MEA와, 정면이 상기 애노드에 접촉하도록 상기 MEA의 한쪽에 배치되어 상기 정면에 연료가스가 흐르는 연료가스 유로가 형성된 판형상의 애노드측 세퍼레이터와, 정면이 상기 캐소드에 접촉하도록 상기 MEA의 다른쪽에 배치되어 상기 정면에 산화제가스가 흐르는 산화제가스 유로가 형성된 판형상의 캐소드측 세퍼레이터를 가진 셀과,복수의 상기 셀이 적층된 셀 스택과,상기 셀 스택의 적어도 소정 셀의 상기 애노드측 세퍼레이터 및 캐소드측 세퍼레이터가 적어도 어느 하나의 배면에 형성된 냉각수가 흐르는 냉각수 유로를 구비하며,상기 연료가스, 상기 산화제가스, 및 상기 냉각수가, 각각, 상기 연료가스 유로, 상기 산화제가스 유로, 및 상기 냉각수 유로에 있어서 중력에 거스르지 않도록 흐르는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연료가스 유로, 상기 산화제가스 유로, 및 상기 냉각수 유로가, 각각, 하류를 향하여 수평 또는 내리막 기울기가 되도록 형성되어 있는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 연료가스 유로, 상기 산화제가스 유로, 및 상기 냉각수 유로의 적어도 어느 하나가, 수평인 부분과 연직인 부분으로 실질적으로 구성되어 있는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 캐소드측 세퍼레이터에 있어서, 상기 냉각수 유로의 입구의 근방부에 상기 산화제가스 유로의 상류부가 위치하고 있는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 애노드측 세퍼레이터에 있어서, 상기 냉각수 유로의 입구의 근방부에 상기 연료가스 유로의 상류부가 위치하고 있는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 캐소드측 세퍼레이터에 있어서, 두께 방향에서 보아, 상기 냉각수 유로와 상기 산화제가스 유로가 대략 전체적으로 겹치도록 형성되어 있는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 애노드측 세퍼레이터 또는 상기 캐소드측 세퍼레이터에 있어서, 상기 냉각수 유로에 냉각수를 공급하는 입구 매니폴드구멍이, 상기 세퍼레이터를 두께 방향으로 관통하고 또한 대향하는 안쪽둘레면의 국부적인 접근부로 이루어지는 조임부를 가지도록 설치되며, 상기 조임부의 한쪽에 위치하는 제1 부분이 냉각수 공급배관에 연이어 통하고, 상기 조임부의 다른쪽에 위치하는 제 2 부분이 상기 냉각수 유로에 연이어 통하고 있는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 애노드측 세퍼레이터 또는 상기 캐소드측 세퍼레이터에 있어서, 상기 냉각수 유로에 냉각수를 공급하는 입구 매니폴드구멍이, 상기 세퍼레이터를 두께 방향으로 관통하고 또한 안쪽둘레면의 하부에 둘레방향에 있어서의 단차를 가지도록 설치되고, 상기 단차의 아래에 위치하는 제 1 부분이 냉각수 공급배관에 연이어 통하고, 상기 단차의 위에 위치하는 제 2 부분이 상기 냉각수 유로에 연이어 통하고 있는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
