본 발명은 저탄장의 자연발화 방지를 위한 시설물에 대한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 석탄이 보관 중 자연발화되는 것을 방지하기 위해 대기와 차단하여 보관할 수 있는 시설물에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a facility for preventing spontaneous combustion of a coal storage facility, and more specifically, to a facility capable of storing coal while blocking it from the atmosphere to prevent spontaneous combustion during storage.

이러한 보관 중인 석탄에서 발생하는 자연발화를 방지하기 위해 다양한 방법들이 시도되고 있는데, 대한민국 공개특허공보 제10-2018-0010822호에서는 일정 온도 이상이 되면 내부에 압축 주입된 액화질소를 외부로 분출하여 적재된 석탄 주변의 온도를 낮춰 주는 냉각볼을 석탄층 내에 일정 간격을 두고 배치하여 자연발화를 방지하는 방법을 개시하고 있으나, 이는 냉각볼의 배치가 균일하지 못하면 자연발화를 막을 수 없는 문제가 있다.
