도 2는 본 고안의 마이크로폰 사운드박스 일체형장치의 조립도이다.
도 3은 본 고안의 마이크로폰 사운드박스 일체형장치의 전기회로 블록도이다.
Claims (10)
- 마이크로폰, 사운드박스 및 PCB를 포함하고, 상기 사운드박스는 스피커(500)를 수납하기 위한 사운드 챔버 (400)를 포함하는 마이크로폰 사운드박스 일체형장치에 있어서,
상기 마이크로폰의 하부와 상기 사운드 챔버 (400)의 상부 사이에 고정 연결되는 연성 재료 연결부(100)를 더 포함하고, 상기 연성 재료 연결부(100)는 상기 사운드 박스에 의해 생성된 음성 진동이 고체 구조 부재를 통해 상기 마이크로폰에 전달되는 것을 방지하는데 사용되며, 상기 연성 재료 연결부 (100)는 폐쇄된 상부 및 개방된 하부를 갖는 원통형이며, 직경은 위로부터 아래로 점점 커지고, 상기 PCB(300)는 상기 연성 재료 연결부(100)의 내부에 씌움 설치되며, 상기 마이크로폰의 하부와 상기 사운드 챔버(400)의 상부 사이에 고정 연결되고, 상기 사운드 챔버(400)의 상부 사이에 간격을 남기는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로폰 사운드박스 일체형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 마이크로폰 사운드박스 일체형장치는 상기 연성 재료 연결부(100)의 상부를 관통하여 상기 마이크로폰의 하부에 고정 연결되는 플라스틱 부품(200)을 더 포함하고, 상기 PCB(300)는 상기 플라스틱 부품(200)에 의해 상기 마이크로폰의 하부에 고정 연결되며, 상기 플라스틱 부품(200)과 상기 사운드 챔버 (400)의 상부 사이에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로폰 사운드박스 일체형장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 연성 재료 연결부(100)의 측벽에는 제1개구 및 제2개구가 개설되어 있고, 상기 PCB(300)에는 제1포트(301) 및 제2포트(302)가 설치되며, 상기 제1포트(301) 및 상기 제2포트(302)는 각각 상기 제1개구 및 상기 제2개구에 삽입결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로폰 사운드박스 일체형장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 사운드박스는 상기 스피커(500)의 하부에 차례로 고정 연결되는 실리콘 링(600), 플라스틱 링(700) 및 나팔 모양 메쉬(800)를 더 구비하고, 상기 스피커(500)의 하부와 상기 사운드 챔버(400)의 하부는 같은 평면에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로폰 사운드박스 일체형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 PCB(300)와 상기 사운드 챔버(400) 상부 사이의 간격은 4mm보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로폰 사운드박스 일체형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 마이크로폰의 내부에는 회로 기판이 장착되어 있고, 상기 회로 기판 위에 블루투스 모듈이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로폰 사운드박스 일체형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연성 재료 연결부(100)는 실리콘인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로폰 사운드박스 일체형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연성 재료 연결부(100) 는 고무, TPU 또는 소프트 플라스틱 중의 한가지인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로폰 사운드박스 일체형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연성 재료 연결부(100)의 하부는 나사산 또는 나사에 의해 상기 사운드 챔버 (400)의 상부에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로폰 사운드박스 일체형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연성 재료 연결부(100)의 하부는 상기 사운드 챔버 (400)의 상부에 점착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로폰 사운드박스 일체형장치.
