Abstract
이를 실현하기 위한 본 고안의 피복재 제거기구는, 아크 용접봉의 선단부 삽입이 가능하도록 삽입홈(11)이 형성된 연마석(10)과; 상기 연마석(10)의 지지를 위해 "ㄷ"형태로 제작된 금속재질의 홀더(20)와; 상기 홀더(20)의 일측에 일체로 구비되어진 클립부(30)를 포함하는 구성을 이루는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (4)
- 다양한 규격의 아크 용접봉 선단부가 삽입 가능하도록 크기를 각기 달리하는 다수개의 삽입홈(11)이 형성된 연마석(10)과;
상기 연마석(10)의 지지를 위해 "ㄷ"형태로 제작된 금속재질의 홀더(20)와;
상기 연마석(10) 양측에 형성된 가이드홈(12)과;
상기 가이드홈(12)과 대응되는 홀더(20)의 측면에 돌출 구성된 가이드돌기(22)와;
상기 홀더(20)의 양단부에서 연마석(10)이 회동 가능하도록 지지하기 위해 돌출 구비된 힌지돌기(23)와;
상기 힌지돌기(23)와 대응되는 연마석(10)의 양측에 형성된 힌지홈(13)과;
상기 홀더(20)의 일측에 일체로 구비되어 작업자의 주머니에 끼워서 휴대가 가능하도록 하는 클립부(30);
를 포함하는 구성을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크 용접봉 용융 피복재 제거기구. - 삭제
