Abstract
Description
- 상기 탱크의 각각의 벽은 유체와 접촉하도록 의도되는 주 불투과성 멤브레인, 주 단열 배리어, 보조 불투과성 멤브레인 및 보조 단열 배리어를 연속적으로 포함하며;
도 2는 도 1의 벽에서 사용될 수 있는 체결 부재의 분해 사시도이며;
도 3은 도 1의 벽의 상세부 III의 사시도이며;
도 4는 도 3의 화살표 IV를 따른 평면도이며;
도 5는 이러한 탱크를 로딩/배출하기 위한 터미널 및 메탄 탱커에 대한 탱크의 개략적인 절개도이다.
Claims (5)
- 액체를 담기 위해 지지 구조물 내에 배치되는 각기둥형 형상인 단열 액밀 탱크(thermally insulating fluid-tight tank)로서,
바닥 벽; 천장 벽; 및 측벽들;을 포함하고,
- 상기 탱크의 각각의 벽은 상기 탱크에 보유되는 유체와 접촉하는 주 불투과성 멤브레인(5), 주 단열 배리어(4), 보조 불투과성 멤브레인(3) 및 보조 단열 배리어(2)를 연속적으로 포함하며;
- 각각의 불투과성 멤브레인은 평행한 시트-금속 스트립들(12, 17) 및 평행한 용접 플랜지들을 포함하며, 상기 평행한 시트-금속 스트립의 종방향 에지들이 상승되어 상기 탱크의 내부를 향하여 돌출하도록 하며, 상기 평행한 용접 플랜지들은 하부 단열 배리어 상에 유지되고 그리고 두 개의 시트-금속 스트립들 사이에서 상기 탱크의 내부를 향하여 돌출하여 인접하는 상승된 종방향 에지들과 액밀 용접부를 형성하며;
- 각각의 단열 배리어는 평형육면체형의 나란히 배치된 단열 요소(6, 13)들의 조립체로 이루어지며, 상기 주 단열 배리어의 단열 요소(13)들의 에지들이 상기 보조 단열 배리어의 단열 요소들(6)의 에지들과 정렬되며;
- 상기 지지 구조물에 체결되는 유지 부재들(22, 23)은 상기 단열 요소들(6, 13)의 모서리들에 배치되고 그리고 상기 단열 요소들의 에지 부분들(21)과 협동하여 상기 주 단열 배리어의 상기 단열 요소(13)들을 상기 보조 불투과성 멤브레인(3)에 대해서 및 상기 보조 단열 배리어의 단열 요소들을 상기 지지 구조물(1)에 대해서 유지하며;
- 유지 부재는:
● 상기 보조 단열 배리어의 4개의 단열 요소(6)들의 모서리들 사이의 틈새(clearance)에서 상기 보조 단열 배리어의 두께를 통과하여 연장하는 강성 부분(22 내지 26),
● 상기 보조 불투과성 멤브레인(3)과 동일 높이에 있고 상기 보조 불투과성 멤브레인에 평행한 지지 표면을 가지도록 상기 강성 부분에 고정되는 판(26), 및
● 상기 주 단열 배리어(4)의 4개의 인접한 단열 요소(13)들의 모서리들 사이의 틈새에서 상기 보조 불투과성 멤브레인을 통과하여 상기 판의 중앙 구역에 고정되는 체결 피스(31)로서, 상기 체결 피스 둘레의 틈새는 상기 주 단열 배리어의 단열 요소들의 대응하는 모서리 구역에 의해 경계를 형성하며, 상기 체결 피스는 상기 보조 불투과성 멤브레인(3)의 연속성을 제공하도록 상기 보조 불투과성 멤브레인에 액밀 방식으로 용접되는 주변 칼라(32)를 포함하는 체결 피스(31)
를 포함하되,
상기 단열 요소들의 모서리 구역(41)이 상기 유지 부재의 판(26)의 각각의 부분과 일렬로 상기 보조 불투과성 멤브레인(3) 상에 배치되고,
상기 모서리 구역(41)의 에지가 상기 체결 피스(31) 상에 센터링된(centering) 원호의 형태를 가지며 상기 칼라(32) 둘레로 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
단열 액밀 탱크.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 보조 불투과성 멤브레인에 용접되는, 상기 칼라(32)의 에지가 상기 단열 요소(13)들의 원호의 반경과 동일하거나 그 보다 작은 반경을 가지는 원형인,
단열 액밀 탱크.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 원호의 반경과 상기 칼라의 반경 사이의 차이가 10 mm 보다 작은,
단열 액밀 탱크.
- 저온 액체 제품을 운반하기 위한 탱커(70)로서,
상기 탱커는 이중 선체(72) 및 상기 이중 선체 내에 배치되는 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 탱크(71)를 가지는,
저온 액체 제품을 운반하기 위한 탱커.
- 저온 액체 제품을 위한 전달 시스템으로서,
제 4 항에 따른 탱커(70), 상기 탱커의 선체 내에 설치된 탱크(71)를 부유식(floating) 또는 육상 저장 설비(77)로 연결하도록 배치된 단열 파이프(73, 79, 76, 81) 및 저온 액체 제품의 스트림을 상기 단열 파이프를 통하여 상기 부유식 또는 육상 저장 설비로부터 상기 탱커의 탱크로 또는 상기 탱커의 탱크로부터 상기 부유식 또는 육상 저장 설비로 이송하기 위한 펌프를 포함하는,
저온 액체 제품을 위한 전달 시스템.
