Description

Connector terminal for connecting electric conduction film}Connector terminal for connecting electric conduction film

The present invention relates to a connector terminal for connecting a conductive film, and more particularly to a connector terminal for connecting a conductive film for securing the connection of the leak sensor of the tape type.

In general, a film-type conductive circuit may be a leaky sensor tape applied to various fields, for example, a film in a tape form and a channel for transmitting a signal related to leakage on the tape.

Since the conductive film has a limited area or length, in order to extend and connect a plurality of films, a circuit implemented on the film is connected by soldering, or connectors are formed in advance at ends thereof by a predetermined length unit. .

However, in case of leak sensor tape, the tape is installed in the place where the leakage is concerned, and if the length of the tape is insufficient, the channel is connected by the new leak sensor tape and soldering. Must be installed in the place where the installation is needed, and the complicated and inefficient work of soldering by connecting several channels by the operator is required, which leads to the lack of easy installation and waste of more manpower and time than necessary. Will result in an increase.

In order to solve this problem, the present applicant uses a film of a tape type leak sensor, FPCB, planar heating element, etc. in Patent No. 10-1070693 for a simple, conductive film for transmitting power or signals to each other without any tools. A connector for connecting a conductive film has already been proposed to enable the connection.

이 전도성 필름 연결용 커넥터는 도1에서와 같이 상부에 덮개(200)를 수용하여 체결하기 위한 덮개 체결홈(110)이 형성되고, 상기 덮개 체결홈(110)에는 덮개(200)와 전기적으로 연결되기 위한 접촉단자(111)가 구비되어 있으며. 상기 덮개 체결홈(110)의 바닥면에는 덮개(200)의 핀(211)이 삽입되기 위한 핀홈(121)이 형성되어 덮개(200)의 하부와 덮개 체결홈(110)의 바닥면 사이에 전도성 필름(300)을 수용할 때 덮개의 핀(211)이 전도성 필름(300)을 관통하도록 구성된 본체(100);The conductive film connection connector has a cover fastening groove 110 for receiving and fastening the cover 200 thereon as shown in FIG. 1, and the cover fastening groove 110 is electrically connected to the cover 200. It is provided with a contact terminal 111 to be. The bottom surface of the cover fastening groove 110 is formed with a pin groove 121 for inserting the pin 211 of the cover 200 is conductive between the bottom of the cover 200 and the bottom surface of the cover fastening groove 110 A main body 100 configured to allow the pin 211 of the cover to penetrate the conductive film 300 when receiving the film 300;

상기 덮개 체결홈(110)에 수용되고, 하부면에는 전도판(210)이 구비되며, 상기 전도판(210)에는 상기 본체(100)의 핀홈(121)과 대응되는 위치에 핀(211)이 돌출되어 형성됨과 아울러 일측이 본체(100)의 접촉단자(111)와 접촉되도록 구성된 덮개(200);로 구성되며,The cover fastening groove 110 is accommodated, the lower surface is provided with a conductive plate 210, the conductive plate 210 in the position corresponding to the pin groove 121 of the main body 100 pin 211 It is formed to protrude and cover 200 configured to be in contact with the contact terminal 111 of the main body 100, one side;

The main body 100 is configured to be connected to another main body and a cable 130, and the cable has a structure in which a detachable connector 140 is provided.

However, the connector has a structure in which the pin groove 121 is formed in the cover fastening groove 110 of the main body 100 to electrically connect the conductive film 300, and the pin 211 is formed in the cover 200. As the injection molding of the main body 100 and the cover 200, the contact terminals 111 and the pins 211 made of a conductive material are formed by double injection, respectively, so that the manufacturing process is complicated and the cost increases. .

In addition, the structure of the pin 211 has a sharp shape, the conductive film 300 is easily broken while being broken by the force pulled from the outside in the case of penetrating only the tip of the pin without penetrating the conductive film 300 completely. There is a case of departure from the main body 100.

An upper body extending from an upper end of the elastic connection to an upper side of the lower body, the upper body having an upper bite formed longer than the lower bite while protruding downward from a position corresponding to a position where the groove of the lower body is formed.

Presses the upper side of the terminals (410, 420) and the conductive film (600, 700), wherein the lower surface of the cover 500 is formed so that the terminal pressing piece (520,530) and the film pressing piece (540,550) respectively protrude in front and rear sides, When the operator places the cover 500 on the upper side of the main body 400 and presses the terminal 410 and 420 by the terminal pressing pieces 520 and 530, the conductive films 600 and 700 are also pressed by the film pressing pieces 540 and 550. The hook 510 may be caught by the protrusion 430 of the main body 400 while being pressed toward the inclined portions 403 and 404.

Therefore, the conductive films 600 and 700 are in close contact with the floor without being easily separated from the main body 400.

When the cover 500 is to be separated from the main body 400, when the hook 510 is pulled out by a driver or the like, the cover 500 is separated in a one-touch manner.

9 is a view showing an example in which the connector is fixed to the floor, but it may be fixed to the bottom by attaching a double-sided tape or the like on the lower outer surface of the main body 400, as shown in Figure 9 the outer side of the left and right sides of the cover 500 By forming the bolt fixing plates 560 and 570 protruding integrally, it is possible to be firmly fixed to the floor by the bolt 580.
