상기 제어수단(200)은 접속구(100)의 하부에 결합되며 투명 또는 반투명재질로 이루어진 원통형상의 프레임(210)이 형성되고, 상기 프레임(210)의 내측에는 회로기판(220)이 형성되고, 상기 회로기판(220)의 신호를 출력하도록 이루어진 디스플레이부(230)가 형성되는 한편, 상기 회로기판(220)의 작동을 제어하도록 상기 프레임(210)의 외주면 일측에 컨트롤버튼(240)이 형성되고, 상기 컨트롤버튼(240)의 하부에는 일측 또는 타측방향으로 왕복운동을 하도록 이루어진 컨트롤레버(250)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 제어수단을 갖는 스마트 전자담배.
