Description

부유물 회수장치{A Skimmer}Suspension Recovery System {A Skimmer}

The present invention relates to a float recovery device for recovering a suspended matter such as oil (OIL), suspended sludge, etc. from the surface of the water, more specifically, regardless of the type of suspended matter, as well as smooth recovery The present invention relates to a suspended solids recovery device which is capable of recovering quickly and stably by allowing air to be recovered at the same time to be recovered in vortex form.

In general, it is difficult to remove or recover suspended matter such as oil or suspended sludge from the surface of water such as a sump and a river, and in particular, when the temperature decreases and the viscosity of the suspended matter becomes high, there is a considerable difficulty in removing the suspended matter.

These floats contaminate water and cause serious health hygiene, which poses a great risk to environmental preservation.

Therefore, it is very important to remove suspended solids (particularly oil) from the water surface.

However, such suspended matter (oil) has a thin layer on the surface of the water and is not easily recovered by forming an emulsion with water without being mixed with the water beneath it.

Also, if a river, lake or sea spills on these floats (oil), these contaminants form a very thin and broad layer that does not mix with the water in its initial state, causing the oil to form an emulsion with water by blue and wind. It is no longer maintained in the liquid state, making it more difficult to recover the suspended matter, it is difficult to maintain a stable water environment.

Accordingly, various methods and apparatuses for recovering suspended solids from the water surface have been proposed and used.

Among the methods and apparatuses for recovering such suspended matters, there is a method and apparatus for recovering using a vacuum ferromagnetic pump equipped with an impeller in a facility requiring strong suction power or pumping of high viscosity liquid.

Such a vacuum ferromagnetic pump is driven by a motor to rotate the impeller at a high speed so that air and liquid are sucked / pumped together with a strong suction force, so that there is no residual amount and pumping in both directions is possible.

In particular, the "submersible aeration apparatus using a vacuum ferromagnetic pump and a vacuum ferromagnetic pump", which was previously filed by the applicant as a patent application No. 2003-0053944, is an inner casing coupled to the axial direction of the motor and having a U-shaped transfer groove formed on the inner surface thereof. And, the inlet and outlet is provided with a U-shaped conveying groove is formed on the inner side and the outer casing coupled to the inner casing, and the impeller mounted on the motor shaft in the state interposed between the inner and outer casing floating It is especially suitable for the recovery of.

The floating water recovery device using the vacuum ferromagnetic suction pump of the present application of the present applicant has a registered patent No. 10-514292 (name: floating water recovery device using a vacuum ferromagnetic pump) of the applicant, the structure is known water surface The suction pipe of the floating skimmer is connected to the suction port provided in the outer casing, and the discharge pipe is connected to the discharge port provided in the vacuum ferromagnetic pump and an outlet provided in the motor casing between the inner casing and the outer case. And a float recovery tank for recovering the pumped float.

In the above, the vacuum ferromagnetic suction pump is pumped by sucking the water or other suction with a strong suction force through the transfer groove formed in the inner and outer casing by the high speed rotation of the impeller mounted between the inner and outer casing by the high speed rotation of the motor. do.

However, the float recovery apparatus using the vacuum ferromagnetic suction pump of the applicant's patent No. 10-514292 as described above has the advantage that it can be easily absorbed and recovered by forcing the suspended matter from the water surface, but when recovering the float There is a problem that the pumping efficiency is lowered because the air is contained in the recovery.

In addition, the air recovered at the same time as the suspended matter is stored in the float recovery tank has a problem that the air pressure of the float recovery tank rises and the pumping is not properly made.

The present invention is proposed to solve the conventional problems as described above, the object of the present invention is to recover quickly in a vortex form by recovering smoothly regardless of the type of suspended solids and at the same time by inhaling air when recovering the suspended solids In addition, the air is discharged to the outside so that the air pressure is not increased and the suspended matters are separated and collected separately to facilitate recovery from the water surface as well as after treatment. The present invention provides a suspended solids recovery device.

In the float recovery apparatus of the present invention is a float recovery apparatus having a surface floating skimmer having a suction pipe that is injured on the water surface and sucks the floating water, and a pump means connected to the suction pipe to suck the float; The skimmer has a buoy which is mounted on the suction pipe so that the upper end of the suction pipe coincides with the water surface to apply buoyancy; The pump means is provided with a suction port connected to the suction pipe and the connection pipe, the floating material is collected therein and has a collection space provided with a sensor for detecting the level of the collected floating material and the discharge port communicated with the outside to discharge the floating material And a vacuum pump configured to generate a vacuum pressure in the recovery tank, to introduce the suspended matter into the recovery tank, and to discharge air from the sucked fluid to the outside.

The float recovery apparatus of the present invention made as described above smoothly recovers various types (liquid and / or mucus) of the float into the suction pipe by the vacuum pressure generated in the recovery tank, and simultaneously sucks air when recovering the float. The suspended matter is recovered in vortex form and recovered quickly and stably.

In addition, the recovered air is discharged to the outside through the vacuum pump to the recovery tank without increasing the air pressure is maintained in a stable vacuum pressure is a continuous recovery of suspended matter.

In addition, the recovered suspended matters are accommodated in the recovery tank and separated and collected separately, thereby making it easier to post-treat the suspended matters.

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings will be described in detail the suspended matter recovery apparatus according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

1 is a view showing a state of use showing a float recovery apparatus according to an embodiment according to the present invention, the float recovery apparatus of the present embodiment is a water surface having a suction pipe (2) that is injured on the surface of the water floating There is a floating skimmer 1 and a pump means connected to the suction pipe 2 to suck the suspended matter.

The skimmer 1 has a tubular suction pipe 2 for suctioning the suspended matter in a free-falling manner at the upper end and a float discharged to the pump means at the lower end thereof, and an upper end of the suction tube 2 coincides with the surface of the water or floats. It consists of a subwoofer (3) mounted to the suction pipe (2) so as to be located in the lower portion of the suction.

That is, the suction pipe 2 is positioned so that the floating object is freely dropped on the water surface and sucked by the buoyancy force of the buoy body 3.

In addition, the pump means is provided with a suction port 5 connected to the suction pipe 2 and the connection pipe 4 and having a collection space for collecting suspended matter therein, and the recovery tank 6 It is composed of a vacuum pump (7) to generate a vacuum pressure to flow the suspended matter into the recovery tank (6) and to discharge the air in the suctioned fluid to the outside.

That is, the recovery tank 6 stores the suspended matter and water sucked from the water surface.

In addition, the recovery tank 6 is provided with a discharge port 8 communicated with the outside to discharge the suspended matter.

The outlet 8 is opened and closed by an opening and closing door 9 so that the inside of the recovery tank 6 is vacuumed, and is normally closed with the outside.

Therefore, the outside air does not flow into the recovery tank 6 through the discharge port 8, and the fluid is sucked only through the suction port 5.

2 is a view showing a suspended matter recovery apparatus according to another embodiment according to the present invention, the suspended matter recovery apparatus of the present embodiment is a sensor 10 to detect the level of the suspended matter in the recovery tank (6) By detecting the water level of the suspended matter and water stored in the recovery tank 6, it is possible to obtain the data to determine the discharge time of the suspended matter and water in the recovery tank (6).

In addition, the recovery tank 6 is provided with a discharge pump 11 for sucking and discharging to discharge the suspended matter to the outside to discharge the suspended matter and water stored in the recovery tank 6 to the outside to proceed a separate treatment process. It is.

Therefore, when the detection sensor 10 detects the water level of the recovery tank 6 and the detected result reaches the set range, the discharge pump 11 is operated to discharge to the outside through the discharge port 8.

In this way, the suspended matter and water discharged to the outside is post-treated through a separate treatment device and process.

Referring to the action and effect of the float recovery apparatus of the present invention made as described above in detail.

First, when the skimmer 1 floats on the water surface, the suction pipe 2 is floated on the water surface by the sub-unit 3 constituting the skimmer 1.

At this time, the upper end of the suction pipe (2) is located at a height that is the same as the water surface or the floating material is sucked down freely falling below.

Accordingly, the floating matter floating on the water surface freely falls into the suction pipe 2 and is sucked into the recovery tank 6.

When the arrangement of the skimmer 1 is completed as described above, when the vacuum pump 7 is operated to form a vacuum pressure in the recovery tank 6, the fluid flows to the upper end of the suction pipe 2 by the vacuum pressure of the recovery tank 6. Inhalation is forced to occur.

That is, the floats fall freely and are forcibly sucked.

At this time, the air as well as the suspended matter and water is sucked into the suction pipe (2), the suction of the float is made vigorously as the vortex occurs at the top of the suction pipe (2) due to the suction of air.

As described above, the fluid (float + water + air) sucked into the suction pipe 2 is introduced into the recovery tank 6 through the suction port 5 of the recovery tank 6 and at the same time, the air flows through the vacuum pump 7 to the outside. Is discharged into the tank, and the suspended matter and water are free-falled and stored in the recovery tank 6.

The suspended matter stored in the recovery tank 6 as described above is discharged to the outside through the discharge port (8).

At this time, the floating water level is detected by the sensor 10, and when the detected water level reaches the set range, the discharge pump 11 may be operated and discharged to the outside.

Thus, among the fluids (float, water, air) sucked into the recovery tank 6, the air is continuously discharged to the outside, and the suspended matter and water is stored by the set water level to operate the discharge pump 11 to discharge to the outside. So that a continuous recovery of suspended solids is achieved.

That is, the suspended matter is stored in the recovery tank 6 and can be discharged to the outside by the discharge pump 11, so that the suspended matter can be recovered without delay time, and the suspended matter recovery efficiency is high.
