Abstract
이와 같은, 파이프 열처리기용 케이블 간섭 방지장치는, 파이프에 부착된 전열패드로 연결되는 케이블이 파이프를 원주방향으로 둘러싸는 본체의 가이드공으로 삽입된 상태로 지나가면서 전원 및 신호를 발생시키는 제어부로 연결된다. 따라서, 파이프가 축회전되더라도 케이블은 롤러와의 간섭이 발생되지 않는 바, 전열패드로의 안정적인 전원 및 신호를 전달할 수 있게 된다.

도 2는 본 고안의 일실시예에 따른 파이프 열처리기용 케이블 간섭 방지장치의 설치상태 사시도이다.
도 3은 도 2에 나타낸 파이프 열처리기용 케이블 간섭 방지장치의 확대 사시도이다.

Claims (3)
- 파이프 일 단부에 부착되는 전열패드와, 상기 전열패드에 공급할 전원 및 신호를 발생시키는 제어부 및, 상기 제어부와 상기 전열패드를 복수의 케이블로 연결하여 상기 파이프와 파이프를 용접시, 상기 전열패드가 발열되면서 용접부위를 가열시키는 파이프 열처리기에 있어서,
복수개로 분할된 상태에서 상기 파이프를 원주방향으로 둘러싸도록 일면이 상기 파이프의 외측면에 대향되게 밀착 설치되며, 상기 케이블이 삽입된 상태로 지나가도록 가이드공이 관통 형성된 본체와;
상호 대향되는 상기 본체들의 단부를 착탈 가능하게 연결 결합시키는 체결부를 포함하는 파이프 열처리기용 간섭 방지장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 본체의 단부에는 상호 인접하는 상기 본체들을 형합할 수 있도록 요철부가 마련되며,
상기 요철부에는 체결공이 관통 형성되고,
상기 체결부는,
상호 대향되는 상기 본체의 단부가 상기 요철부에 의해 상호 형합된 상태에서, 상기 체결공에 삽입 설치되어 상호 인접하는 상기 본체를 연결 상태로 결합시키는 핀 부재인 파이프 열처리기용 간섭 방지장치. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 체결공은 상기 본체의 원주방향으로 상호 이격되게 복수 형성된 파이프 열처리기용 간섭 방지장치.
