Claims (5)
- 중첩부와 이러한 중첩부의 양측으로 연장형성된 날개부로 이루어진 다수의 방열플레이트;상기 방열플레이트들의 위에 배치되고, 적어도 하나의 LED(light emitting diode)가 실장된 인쇄회로기판; 및상기 방열플레이트의 하부일측에 구비되고, 상기 인쇄회로기판과 전기적으로 연결되어 있고, 외부의 전원공급부와 연결될 수 있는 전기연결부를 포함하여 구성되되,상기 방열플레이트의 중첩부들은 상호 접촉결합되어 있고, 상기 날개부들은 상기 중첩부들을 중심으로 방사상으로 펼쳐져 있고,상기 각 방열플레이트의 날개부는, 그 상단의 적어도 일부분으로부터 수평방향으로 연장형성된 접촉부를 더 구비하고,상기 접촉부의 상측면은 상기 인쇄회로기판의 하측면에 밀착결합되어 상기 인쇄회로기판으로부터 열을 직접 전달받도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 LED조명 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 방열플레이트의 접촉부들의 상측면은 모두 하나의 평면상에 오도록 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 LED조명 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 방열플레이트의 중첩부의 상단면은 상기 인쇄회로기판의 하측면에 밀착결합되어 상기 인쇄회로기판으로부터 열을 전달받도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 LED조명 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 방열플레이트의 중심부에는, 상기 인쇄회로기판과 상기 전기연결부를 상호 연결하는 전기선이 통과시킬 수 있는, 상하방향으로 관통된 관통공이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 LED조명 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 방열플레이트의 날개부에 형성된 접촉부들 중 적어도 하나와, 상기 인쇄회로기판에는, 상호 대응되는 위치에 체결공이 형성되고 있고,상기 체결공에는 체결수단이 체결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED조명 조립체.
