특히, 상기 임펠러(30)가 설치되는 몸체(20)는 수관보다 큰 직경을 갖도록 함으로서 유입관으로 유입되는 유체가 저항을 받지 않도록 이루어져 있다.

Claims (4)
- 수관에 연결 설치되어 유체에 의해 임펠러를 회전하는 에너지에 의해 발전장치에서 전기를 발생하는 수관용 발전기에 있어서,
하우징(10) 내부에 양측 상하로 높이 편차를 갖도록 입수구(11)와 출수구(12)를 연통 형성하는 공간부(15)를 형성하고,
상기 공간부(15)에 하부 원주상에 입수구(11)로 유입되는 유체를 내부로 안내하는 유입공(21)과 상부 원주상에 내부의 유체를 출수구(12)로 안내하는 유출공(22)을 형성하는 조립 몸체(20)를 삽입 설치하되,
상기 조립 몸체의 내부에는 유입공과 유출공을 통해 유입, 유출되는 유체에 의해 회전하도록 원주상에 다수의 회전익(32)을 갖는 임펠러(30)를 설치하여 상기 임펠러의 회전에 의해 회전축(31)에 연결된 발전장치에서 전기를 생성하도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 수관용 발전기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 조립 몸체(20)의 유입공(21)과 유출공(22)은 내외측 회전방향으로 경사지게 형성되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수관용 발전기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 임펠러(30)의 회전축(31)에는 회전축의 회전 원심력을 증대시키기 위한 플라이휘일(35)이 더 설치하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수관용 발전기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하우징(10) 내부의 공간부(15)는 입수구(11)와 출수구(12)에 연통되는 상,하부 공간부(15a)(15b)를 구분하도록 중앙 내주연에 단턱부(16)를 돌출 형성하고, 상기 공간부에 삽입되는 조립 몸체(20)의 중앙 외주연에 상기 단턱부에 안착 설치되는 안착돌기(26)를 돌출 형성하되, 상기 단턱부 상부의 걸림돌기(16a)가 안착돌기(26)의 걸림요홈(26a)에 삽입되어 회전 제한되도록 결합 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 수관용 발전기.
