본 고안은 일종(1 種)의 무봉(밀봉, 틈새없는) 연결 형광등 및 평두 (플랫 헤드)내부 구조에 대하여 공개하였으며, 등관의 양단을 평두 처리 공법을 이용하여, 등심(램프심지)의 니켈 등사를 만곡시켜 평두등(플랫 헤드 램프) 헤드 방향으로 기울어지게 한 후, 등관 양단의 수평측면의 유리벽에 구멍을 내어, 음극을 넣어주고, 용접시킨 후, 등헤드 부품을 유리 등관의 측면 위치에 고정시킵니다. 본 일종의 무봉 연결 형광등 및 평두 내부구조는, 등관의 양단을 평두 처리하였으며 등헤드 부품을 등관의 측면에 설치하였으며 등심의 니켈사를 만곡하여 평두등 헤드 방향으로 기울어지게 하였습니다. 이리하여 여러개 등관을 연결할 때, 등광이 차단되는 것을 피할 수 있으며, 연결된 형광등은 일단으로부터 타단까지 등광이 균일하고, 건축화 조명 영역의 요구를 만족할수 있으며, 아주 좋은 추진 사용가치가 있습니다.The present invention discloses a kind of unsealed (sealed, gapless) connected fluorescent lamp and flat head (flat head) internal structure.
