Abstract
본 고안은 탈곡기의 본체 저면에 높낮이가 조정되는 이동바퀴를 장치하고 이동바퀴 지지간 상단을 탈곡기 본체 측면에 장착한 견인대와 작동레버로 접속시켜서 탈곡기를 일정위치에 정지시켜 탈곡작업을 할 때는 견인대를 탈곡기 측면에 밀착시켜 유지함으로써 이동바퀴가 지면에서 위로 상승 이동하고 탈곡기를 이동시키기 위해 견인대를 측면에서 30~45도로 경사지게 젖히면 이동바퀴가 하강하여 접지되게 함으로써 탈곡기를 리어카처럼 견인하여 이동시킬 수 있게 한 것으로서 구체적인 구성은 탈곡기본체(1)의 하단골격(1a) 외측단에 축핀(3)을 고정하고 " ∩ " 형으로 된 견인대(2)의 하단부측 연결공(2a)을 축핀(3)에 꿰어지게 접속한 견인부와 탈곡기본체(1)의 하단골격(1a) 중앙부 양측에 각각 축핀(4)을 고정하여 120~160도로 절곡된 절곡부에 지지구멍(5a)이 천공되고 하단과 상단에 연결공(5b)(5c)이 천공되고 하단연결공(5b)에 바퀴축(6)이 관통된 이동바퀴지지간(5)을 지지구멍(5a)이 축핀(4)에 꿰어지게 접속하여 바퀴축(6)양단에 이동바퀴(7)를 끼워 구성한 이동바퀴와 이동바퀴지지간(5)의 상단연결공(5c)에 작동레버(8) 연결공(8a)을 연결핀(9)으로 연결하고 작동레버의 외측단을 절곡하여 절곡부(8b)끝에 연결구멍(8c)을 뚫어 견인대이 하단부측연결공(2a) 상측에 있는 상측연결공(2b)에 연결핀(10)으로 접속하고 이동바퀴지지간(5)의 하단연결공(5b)이 회동하는 이동각도를 제한할 수 있게 그 이동선상에 제한돌기(11)를 부착한 승강장치를 갖추어서 되는 탈곡기용 이동장치이다.The present invention is equipped with a moving wheel whose height is adjusted on the bottom of the threshing machine, and the top of the moving wheel support is connected with a towing table mounted on the side of the threshing machine and an operating lever.
