- AC 전원용 LED(21)가 실장되어 있는 AC 전원용 LED 기판(20)과;상기 AC 전원용 LED(21)를 에워싸도록 상기 AC 전원용 LED 기판(20)상에 고 정되어 상기 AC 전원용 LED(21)의 빛을 산광시키는 산광기(20a);상면에 형성된 기판 고정 홈(31)의 내부에 상기 AC 전원용 LED 기판(20)이 삽입 접착되어 상기 AC 전원용 LED 기판(20)의 측면 및 바닥면이 상기 기판 고정 홈(31)의 내면에 접촉되고, 상기 기판 고정 홈(31)의 둘레에 벌브 고정 홈(31')이 연장 형성되어 있으며, 내부를 관통하여 내열 제1 전원 연결구(32)가 형성되어 있고, 외주면 전체에 히트 싱크(33)가 형성되어 있는 기판 베이스(30);상기 기판 베이스(30)의 하단에 연결되고, 내부를 관통하여 상기 제1 전원 연결구(32)와 통하는 제2 전원 연결구(41)가 형성되어 있는 절연 베이스(40);상기 절연 베이스(40)의 하단에 연결되고, 상기 제1 전원 연결구(32)와 제2 전원 연결구(41)에 삽입되어 상기 AC 전원용 LED 기판(20)과 전기적으로 연결되는 전원 연결 수단을 통하여 상기 AC 전원용 LED(21)로 AC 전원을 공급하는 소켓(50); 및상기 벌브 고정 홈(31')에 삽입 고정되어 상기 AC 전원용 LED 기판(20)을 커버하는 벌브(60);로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 벌브형 AC 전원용 LED 램프.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 AC 전원용 LED 기판(20)은 알루미늄 합금을 사용하여 제조되는 메탈 PCB로, 바닥면에 열전도 테이프(22)가 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 벌브형 AC 전원용 LED 램프.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 AC 전원용 LED 기판(20)에는 최소한 하나 이상의 AC 전원용 LED(21)가 실장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 벌브형 AC 전원용 LED 램프.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 최소한 하나 이상의 AC 전원용 LED(21)는 각각이 개별적으로 산광기(20a)에 에워싸여져 빛이 산광되거나, 혹은 전부가 하나의 산광기(20b)에 에워싸여져 빛이 산광되는 것을 특징으로 하는 벌브형 AC 전원용 LED 램프.

- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 산광기(20a,20b)는 유리 또는 내열성 고분자 아크릴 수지로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 벌브형 AC 전원용 LED 램프.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 벌브(60)는 유리 또는 내열성 고분자 아크릴 수지로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 벌브형 AC 전원용 LED 램프.
