Claims (5)
- 중심부를 관통함과 아울러 내주면에 암나사 탭이 형성된 마운트 접속구(150)를 구비하는 내압 방폭 등기구 몸체(90)와, 상기 내압 방폭 등기구 몸체(90)의 선단측과 결합하여 램프실을 밀폐시키는 글로브(60)를 포함하는 내압 방폭등 기구에 사용되며; 상기 내압 방폭 등기구 몸체(90)에 탈부착이 용이하게 결합되고 무전극 전구(100)를 고정 지지하는 무전극전구 마운트(30)로서:상기 무전극전구 마운트(30)는 편평한 일단면에 무전극전구 케이블(160)을 통과시키는 케이블 통과구(80) 및 무전극 전구(100)의 고정을 위한 볼트가 삽입 통과하는 다수의 램프 장착탭(120)이 형성되고, 상기 다수의 램프 장착탭(120)에 볼트를 삽입 결합하여 무전극 전구(100)의 하단면을 상기 무전극전구 마운트(30)의 일단면과 면접촉으로 최대한 밀착시켜 고정 지지하며,상기 무전극전구 마운트(30)의 외주는 소정 수의 나사산이 형성되어 상기 무전극전구 마운트(30)가 상기 내압 방폭 등기구 몸체(90)의 마운트 접속구(150)에 나사결합될 수 있음과 아울러 내압 및 방/보열 기능이 가능하도록 구성되고,상기 무전극전구 마운트(30)의 일단면은 밀폐와 절연을 위하여 콤파운드 실링이 실시되어 콤파운드 실링층(190)이 형성되고, 상기 케이블 통과구(80)에 무전극전구 케이블(160)이 관통한 후 상기 케이블 통과구(80)가 상기 콤파운드 실링에 의해 확실히 밀폐되도록 상기 케이블 통과구(80)의 상단 외주연에 콤파운드 홀(170)이 형성되어 있으며,상기 무전극전구 마운트(30)의 타단면 외주연에는 내압 밀폐를 위한 잠김 보조홈(180)이 2 내지 4개 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내압 방폭 등기구에 사용되는 무전극 전구형 형광 램프 전용 무전극전구 마운트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 무전극전구 마운트(30)는 알루미늄 재질로 이루어진 원통형 또는 테이퍼형의 봉재를 기계 가공하거나 주물 성형한 것을 특징으로 하는 내압 방폭 등기구에 사용되는 무전극 전구형 형광 램프 전용 무전극전구 마운트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 무전극전구 마운트(30)는 상기 내압 방폭 등기구 몸체(90)의 마운트 접속구(150)에 상방향 또는 하방향으로 나사결합될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내압 방폭 등기구에 사용되는 무전극 전구형 형광 램프 전용 무전극전구 마운트.
