Claims (10)
- 사용한 식용유를 재사용이 가능하도록 정제하는 시스템에 있어서,여과망이 내재되어 있어, 식용유를 여과시키는 여과필터;흡착제를 이용하여 상기 식용유를 정제시키는 정제필터, 상기 정제필터의 하부에 설치되는 탱크, 및 상기 탱크의 하부에 설치되는 저장용기를 구비하는 정제부; 및상기 탱크의 일측에 설치된 관을 통하여 상기 탱크로부터 공기를 흡입하여 상기 탱크를 진공상태로 만드는 진공펌프를 구비하며,상기 정제부는, 상기 탱크가 진공상태를 유지함으로써 상기 여과필터로부터 공급호스를 통하여 상기 식용유를 공급받아 상기 정제필터로 하여금 상기 식용유를 정제시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 식용유 정제 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 정제필터는 상기 탱크 내부에 삽입되는 하우징 구조로서,상기 하우징 내부에 흡착제가 충진 되고 상기 하우징 하부는 상기 흡착제가 빠지지 않도록 멤브레인을 구비하며, 상기 흡착제 상부에는 상기 흡착제의 상부면이 수평을 유지하도록 눌러주는 누름판을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식용유 정제 시스템.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 누름판은,알루미늄 재질의 얇은 판으로서 판 내부에 복수개의 홀 들이 형성되어 상기 정제필터로 들어오는 식용유가 상기 흡착제 상부면으로 골고루 퍼질 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식용유 정제 시스템.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 하우징 내부에 충진된 상기 흡착제를 교체함으로써 상기 정제필터가 계속 사용될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 식용유 정제 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 정제필터는 상기 탱크 내부에 삽입되는 하우징 구조로서,상기 하우징 내부에 흡착제가 충진 되고, 상기 하우징 하부는 상기 흡착제가 빠지지 않도록 제 1 멤브레인을 구비하며, 상기 흡착제 상부에는 상기 흡착제의 상부면이 수평을 유지하도록 눌러주는 스펀지 형상의 부직포와 상기 부직포 위에 얹어지는 제 2 멤브레인을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식용유 정제 시스템.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 하우징을 교체함으로써 상기 정제필터가 계속 사용될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 식용유 정제 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탱크는 상기 식용유가 아래쪽으로 모일 수 있도록 하면이 원뿔 형상으로 경사지게 되어 있으며,상기 탱크의 하면의 최저점에 설치되어, 상기 식용유가 일정한 양 이상 저장되면 그 압력에 의해서 통로를 개방하여 상기 식용유를 상기 저장용기로 통과시키는 체크 밸브를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식용유 정제 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 저장용기는 상기 식용유가 한 쪽으로 모일 수 있도록 하면이 경사지게 되어 있으며,상기 저장용기의 하면의 최저점 측면에 설치된 관으로 연결되어 상기 식용유를 외부로 배출시키는 배출 펌프를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식용유 정제 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡착제는,다공질 입상형상의 규산마그네슘을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식용유 정제 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 정제필터의 온도와 압력 및 흡착 속도를 제어하는 제어부를 더 구비하 는 것을 특징으로 하는 식용유 정제 시스템.
