- 회전운동 또는 왕복운동 하는 축(50)에 착설되는 탄성재질의 내측링(10)과, 상기 내측링(10)이 접착에 의해 결합되고 하우징(60) 내측 둘레방향으로 삽입홈(62)이 구비된 삽입면(61)에 설치된 금속재질의 외측링(20)을 포함하여 구성되는 더스트시일 링(100) 형상에 있어서,상기 외측링(20) 일측에는 외측 둘레방향으로 돌출된 축방향 이탈방지용 돌부(21)가 구비되고 타측에는 외측 둘레방향으로 구비된 오목홈(22)에 상기 내측링(10)과 동일 재질의 탄성체인 수분유입방지립(23)이 상기 하우징(60) 사이에 접착에 의해 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이탈 방지용 더스트시일 링 형상.
- 회전운동 또는 왕복운동 하는 축(50)에 착설되는 탄성재질의 내측링(30)과 , 상기 내측링(30)을 내재하고 하우징(60) 내측에 둘레방향으로 삽입홈(62)이 구비된 삽입면(61)에 설치된 플라스틱 재질의 외측링(40)을 포함하여 구성되는 더스트시일링(101) 형상에 있어서,상기 외측링(40)은 안측 둘레방향으로 다수의 원형홀(41)이 구비되고, 외측 둘레방향으로 돌출된 축방향 이탈방지용 돌부(42)가 구비되며,상기 외측링(40)의 일측에는 상기 내측링(30)이 구비되고 상기 외측링(40) 타측에는 하우징(60) 사이에 상기 내측링(30)과 동일 재질의 수분유입방지립(32)이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이탈 방지용 더스트시일 링 형상.
- 제 2항에 있어서.상기 내측링(30)과 수분유입방지립(32)은 상기 외측링(40)에 구비된 원형홀(41)에 상기 내측링(30)을 사출성형하여 형성된 다수의 원형돌부(31)에 의해 무접착 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이탈 방지용 더스트시일 링 형상.
