본 고안의 LCD 보호필름(100)의 베이스필름(10) 하부에는 상기 LCD의 표면에 부착되도록 점착제층(40)을 형성한다. 전술한 바와 같이, 종래에 사용되는 아크릴계 점착제는 기포발생 및 기포제거의 어려움 등의 문제가 있다. 따라서, 본 고안은 LCD 보호필름(100)의 점착제층(40)을 구성하는 점착제로 실리콘 성분의 점착제 를 선택하였다. 실리콘 점착제는 퍼짐성과 젖음성이 좋고 표면장력이 낮아 기포의 발생을 원천적으로 방지하는 역할을 수행한다. 또한, 상기 실리콘 점착제층(40)은 30 내지 100㎛두께 범위로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다. 상기 실리콘 점착제층(40)이 형성된 보호필름(100)을 사용하는 경우에도 간혹 기포가 형성될 수 있는데, 상기 두께 범위로 점착제층(40)이 형성되는 경우 기포가 형성된 부위를 필름 바깥쪽으로 밀어내 제거를 하게 되는데, 상기 실리콘 점착제가 탄성이 우수하기는 하지만 점착제층(40)의 두께가 30㎛ 미만이면 탄성이 떨어져 기포의 제거가 어렵기 때문이다. 종래의 LCD 보호필름 등에 사용된 아크릴계 점착제의 경우 그 성질 자체가 기포의 발생을 방지할 수 없으며, 그 도포 두께도 약 20㎛ 정도였기 때문에 생성된 기포의 제거에도 어려움이 있는데 비해 본 고안의 LCD 보호필름(100)에 적용된 실리콘 점착제층(40)의 경우 30㎛ 이상의 두께로 도포되어 기포의 제거가 용이하다. 반면, 점착제층(40)의 두께가 100㎛를 초과하게 되면 그 효과의 상승이 미미하고 원가상승 요인이 되기 때문에 바람직하지 않다. 전술한 바와 같이, 실리콘 점착제는 탄성이 뛰어나고 표면장력이 적은 특성을 가지고 있다. 다만, 상기 실리콘 점착제를 PET재질의 베이스필름(10)에 사용할 경우 PET재질과의 접착성이 좋지 않은 문제가 있다. 본 고안자는 PET 베이스필름(10)과 실리콘 점착제층(40)간에 가교반응을 시켜 상기 문제를 해결하였다. 본 고안의 일실시예에 따르면, 상기 실리콘 점착제층(40)은 실리콘 점착성분 100중량부에 대하여 가교제 0.1 내지 6중량부 및 촉매 0.1 내지 6중량부로 이루어진 점착제 조성물을 PET재질의 베이스필름(10)상에 도포한 후 140 내지 200℃의 온도에서 1 내지 5분간 경화하여 형성할 수 있다. 상 기 가교제 및 촉매 성분 등은 특별히 제한되는 것은 아니며, 공지의 실리콘 가교제 및 촉매를 사용할 수 있다. 상기와 같이 점착제층(40)이 형성되면 이형지를 부착하여 사용전에 상기 이형지를 제거하고 LCD 표면에 부착할 수 있음은 물론이다.A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 40 is formed below the base film 10 of the LCD protective film 100 of the present invention to adhere to the surface of the LCD. In addition, the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 40 is preferably formed in a thickness range of 30 to 100㎛. Even in the case of using the protective film 100 having the silicon adhesive layer 40 formed therein, bubbles may sometimes be formed. When the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 40 is formed in the thickness range, the bubble-formed portion is pushed out of the film. Although the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive is excellent in elasticity, if the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 40 is less than 30 μm, it is difficult to remove bubbles due to low elasticity. In the case of the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive used in the conventional LCD protective film, the property itself is not able to prevent the generation of bubbles, the coating thickness is about 20㎛ because it is difficult to remove the generated bubbles, while the LCD protection of the present invention In the case of the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 40 applied to the film 100 is applied to a thickness of 30㎛ or more it is easy to remove the bubbles. On the other hand, if the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 40 exceeds 100㎛ it is not preferable because the increase of the effect is small and the cost increase factor. As described above, the silicone pressure sensitive adhesive has excellent elasticity and low surface tension. However, when the silicone adhesive is used in the base film 10 of the PET material, there is a problem in that the adhesion with the PET material is not good. The present inventors solved the problem by performing a crosslinking reaction between the PET base film 10 and the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 40. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 40 has a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition composed of 0.1 to 6 parts by weight of crosslinking agent and 0.1 to 6 parts by weight of catalyst based on 100 parts by weight of the silicone adhesive component. After coating on, it may be formed by curing for 1 to 5 minutes at a temperature of 140 to 200 ℃. The crosslinking agent, the catalyst component and the like are not particularly limited, and known silicone crosslinking agents and catalysts can be used. When the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 40 is formed as described above, the release paper may be attached to remove the release paper before use, and may be attached to the LCD surface.
