Abstract

본 고안은 각종 맨홀의 평상시 또는 작업이나 보수시 각종 사고를 예방할 수 있도록 한 맨홀 안전장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a manhole safety device that can prevent various accidents during normal operation or maintenance of various manholes.

본 고안에 따르면, 도로변의 하수도 맨홀이나 각종 정화조의 청소나 점검, 작업시 맨홀 뚜껑을 열어 두었을 경우나 부주의로 맨홀 뚜껑이 열렸을 경우 작업자나 사람등이 맨홀에 빠지는 사고를 예방할 수 있도록 한 맨홀 안전장치를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 고안은 맨홀 본체 안쪽 밑에 격자형 안전망과 격자형 안전망 끝부분에 구멍을 형성한 것을 맨홀 안벽 결합부에 구멍을 설치하여 서로 구멍을 맞대고 나사를 끼워 고정함으로써 격자형 안전망이 맨홀 본체 안벽에 지지되어 직 하중을 견딜 수 있도록 하여 안전장치를 이루고 필요시 나사를 풀어 간편하게 해체할 수 있도록 하는것으로 맨홀 자체에 맨홀기능과 안전장치기능을 갖는 것을 특징으로 한다.According to the present invention, when the manhole cover is left open during the cleaning or inspection of the sewer manhole or various septic tanks on the roadside, or when the manhole cover is inadvertently opened, the manhole safety can be prevented from falling into the manhole. 또한 상가나 주택등에 설치되는 정화조(오수처리시설)의 경우 3~5m미터정도(기성제품 2.4m정도)로 깊고 내용물이 유독하고 미생물 활성화를 위한 장치(여재, 에어이송관, 소포수관등)등이 설치되어 있어 사고가 발생할 경우 인명피해로 이어질 우려가 있으며 현행 정화조 설치.관리에 관해 규정하고 있는 오수.분뇨및축산폐수의처리에 관한법률 시행규칙 제15조(오수처리시설 설치기준) 및 동법 시행규칙 제21조(정화조 설치기준)에 의하면 맨홀 안전에 관해 "뚜껑은 밀폐할 수 있어야 하며 잠금장치를 설치하거나 뚜껑밑에 격자형의 철망등을 설치하여 안전하게 설치하여야 한다"라고 규정하고 있으나 실제 설치되는 정화조 맨홀에는 철근을 이용한 십자형의 고정식이나 맨홀 상부에 철띠에 나사를 설치하여 고정시키고 있으며, 기성품의 경우 본체에 고정시켜 십자형으로 만드는등 그 설치되는 것이 안전측면에서는 어느정도 만족하나 유지보수시에는 이러한 장치를 제거하고 내부로 들어가서 점검할 수 있어야 하나 불편하고 아예 들어갈 수 없는 구조로 되어있는등의 문제점이 있었다.In the case of septic tanks (sewage treatment facilities) installed in shopping malls and houses, they are 3 to 5 m long (about 2.4 m for ready-made products) and are deep and toxic.
