Claims (3)
- 턴디쉬의 내부에 형성되어 용강의 흐름을 제어하여 개재물의 부상효율을 향상시키기 위한 턴디쉬용 홀 플레이트에 있어서,양측에는 전방을 향하도록 측면부(111)가 절곡된 금속재질의 몸체(110)를 형성하고 외주면에 내화물(120)을 부설하되 상기 내화물(120)의 하부 일측에는 용강 배출공(130)을 천공하여 턴디쉬(10)의 내부로 공급되는 고온의 용강(A)이 상기 용강 배출공(130)을 통해서 몸체(110)의 표면과 직접 접촉하여 일정시간이 지나면서 몸체(110)가 점차 용융되어 통공(C)이 형성되도록 구성되어짐을 특징으로 하는 연속주조공정의 용강 흐름을 지연시키기 위한 턴디쉬용 홀 플레이트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 몸체(110)와 측면부(111)의 외주면에는 다수의 V앵커(112)가 형성하여 내화물(120)과의 견고한 고정 및 결합할 수 있도록 구성되어짐을 특징으로 하는 연속주조공정의 용강 흐름을 지연시키기 위한 턴디쉬용 홀 플레이트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 몸체(110)와 측면부(111)의 외주면에는 다수의 결합공(113)을 천공하여 상기 내화물(120)들을 서로 연결시켜 몸체(110)와의 견고한 고 정 및 결합할 수 있도록 구성되어짐을 특징으로 하는 연속주조공정의 용강 흐름을 지연시키기 위한 턴디쉬용 홀 플레이트.
