Claims (3)
- 웨지바스크린판(2)이 결합된 본체프레임(1) 상부에 한쌍의 구동체인(3)을 연결한 동력모터(M)를 장착하고, 그 전면부에 구동체인(3)에 의해 상,하 이송 안내되는 레이크(4)를 설치되도록한 세목 스크린에 있어서;상기, 레이크(4)는 직각 절곡구조를 취하는 설치프레임(41) 전면부에 회동연결관(411)(421)과, 회동축(43)에 의한 요철 치합구조로서 스크레이퍼(42)를 힌지연결시키고;상기, 설치프레임(41)과 스크레이퍼(42)의 힌지 연결부위에 규칙적인 간격배열 형태로 다수개의 탄성스프링(44)을 연계 결합되게 하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 탄성 레이크를 구비한 협잡물 제거용 세목스크린.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성스프링(44)은 원통형의 코일스프링으로서, 상기 회동축(43)상에 삽입된 구조를 취하며, 설치프레임(41)과, 스크레이퍼(42)의 상부면을 탄력적으로 지지하는 구조로 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 탄성 레이크를 구비한 협잡물 제거용 세목스크린.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 본체프레임(1)은 상부면이 수평절곡된 구조를 이루고, 그 수평절곡된 본체프레임(1) 하부면에 인양된 협잡물을 원활하게 배출되게하는 배출안내호퍼(11)를 형성되게 함을 특징으로 하는 탄성 레이크를 구비한 협잡물 제거용 세목스크린.
