Claims (4)
- 알루미늄박 또는 은박 필름(11);상기 필름(11)에 부착되는 폴리에틸렌 발포체(12);상기 발포체(12)에 부착되는 섬유(15);상기 섬유(15)에 부착되는 직포(13) 및상기 직포(13)에 부착되는 섬유(14);를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄박 또는 은박 필름, 폴리 에틸렌 발포체, 섬유, 직포 및 섬유를 포함하는 성형재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 성형재(10)는,상기 섬유(14, 15)가 폐섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄박 또는 은박 필름, 폴리 에틸렌 발포체, 섬유, 직포 및 섬유를 포함하는 성형재.
- 알루미늄박 또는 은박 필름(11), 폴리에틸렌 발포체(12), 섬유(15), 직포(13) 및 섬유(14)를 분리하여 가열롤러(20)에 제공하는 단계(S1); 및상기 가열롤러(20)에서 상기 알루미늄박 필름 또는 은박 필름(11), 폴리에틸렌 발포체(12), 섬유(15), 직포(13) 및 섬유(14)를 가열 압착하는 단계(S2);를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄박 또는 은박 필름, 폴리 에틸렌 발포체, 섬유, 직포 및 섬유를 포함하는 성형재 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 S2 단계는,가열 온도를 150℃로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄박 또는 은박 필름, 폴리 에틸렌 발포체, 섬유, 직포 및 섬유를 포함하는 성형재 제조 방법.
