Claims (15)
- a) 측쇄 알킬기를 갖지 않는 1 이상의 유기 이소시아네이트 [단량체 I],b) 필요할 경우, 1 이상의 측쇄 알킬기를 갖는 1 이상의 유기 이소시아네이트 [단량체 II],c) 수평균 분자량이 400∼6,000인 1 이상의 2가 또는 다가 알콜 [단량체 III],d) 수평균 분자량이 62∼399인 1 이상의 2가 또는 다가 알콜 [단량체 IV],e) 1 이상의 히드록실기를 갖는 1 이상의 카르복실산 [단량체 V],f) 2 이상의 >N-H기를 갖는 0 또는 1 또는 그 이상의 폴리아민 [단량체 VI],g) 1 이상의 알코올성 OH기 및 1 이상의 >N-H기를 갖는 0 또는 1 또는 그 이상의 화합물 [단량체 VII] 및h) 0 또는 1 또는 그 이상의 1 가 폴리에테르알콜 [단량체 VIII]로 이루어진 10∼60 중량%의 1 이상의 폴리우레탄 A를 포함하며,단, 혼입된 단량체 I∼VIII의 함량은혼입된 단량체 III/단량체 I + II의 (-OH + >N-H)/NCO 당량비가 0.1∼0.75,혼입된 단량체 IV/단량체 I + II의 (-OH + >N-H)/NCO 당량비가 0.2∼0.8,혼입된 단량체 V/단량체 I + II의 (-OH + >N-H)/NCO 당량비가 0.05∼0.5,혼입된 단량체 VI/단량체 I + II의 (-OH + >N-H)/NCO 당량비가 0∼0.4,혼입된 단량체 VII/단량체 I + II의 (-OH + >N-H)/NCO 당량비가 0∼0.4,혼입된 단량체 VIII/단량체 I + II의 (-OH + >N-H)/NCO 당량비가 0∼0.2이고,단량체 III∼VIII의 총합 /단량체 (I+II)의 (-OH + >N-H)/NCO 당량비는 0.80∼1.25이며, 단량체 I 및 단량체 II의 총량은 50∼100 몰%의 단량체 I를 포함하며, 폴리우레탄 A 1 ㎏당 혼입된 단량체 V의 카르복실기 50∼2,000 mmol은 수성 배합물중에서 음이온 형태로 존재하는 것인 수성 폴리우레탄 배합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단량체 I는 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트 (HDI) 및 4,4'-디이소시아나토디시클로헥실메탄으로부터 선택되는 것인 수성 폴리우레탄 배합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단량체 I 및 II의 총량은 90 몰% 이상 100 몰% 이하 (100 몰% 포함)의 단량체 I를 포함하는 것인 수성 폴리우레탄 배합물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 단량체 V는 락트산, 디메틸올프로피온산, 디메틸올부티르산, 트리메틸올아세트산, 히드록시피발산 및 글루쿠론산으로부터 선택되는 것인 수성 폴리우레탄 배합물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 단량체 V는 락트산 및 디메틸올프로피온산으로부터 선택되는 것인 수성 폴리우레탄 배합물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 단량체 V는 디메틸올프로피온산인 것인 수성 폴리우레탄 배합물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 단량체 VI는 에틸렌디아민, 1-아미노-3-아미노메틸-3,5,5-트리메틸시클로헥산 및 4,4'-디(아미노시클로헥실)메탄으로부터 선택되는 것인 수성 폴리우레탄 배합물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 단량체 VI는 1-아미노-3-아미노메틸-3,5,5-트리메틸시클로헥산인 것인 수성 폴리우레탄 배합물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 단량체 VI/단량체 (I + II)의 >N-H/NCO 당량비는 0.02∼0.4인 것인 수성 폴리우레탄 배합물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 암모늄 NH4 +은 혼입된 단량체 V의 카르복실기의 반대 이온으로서 존재하는 것인 수성 폴리우레탄 배합물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 단량체의 반응은 금속 오르가닐을 사용하지 않고 수행하는 것인 수성 폴리우레탄 배합물.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 단량체를 세슘염의 존재하에서 반응시켜 얻을 수 있는 것인 수성 폴리우레탄 배합물.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 입도가 1∼20 ㎛인 분산된 폴리우레탄 입자를 포함하는 것인 수성 폴리우레탄 배합물.
- 직물, 피혁, 금속, 플라스틱, 유리, 나무, 종이 또는 보드지를 코팅하기 위한 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 하나의 항에 의한 수성 폴리우레탄 배합물의 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 하나의 항에 의한 수성 폴리우레탄 배합물로 코팅된 직물, 피혁, 금속, 플라스틱, 유리, 나무, 종이 또는 보드지.
