Claims (6)
- 주사형 전자현미경에 의한 조직 관찰에서, 실질적으로 연속 결합상, 경질 분산상 및 상기 연속 결합상과 경질 분산상 사이에 개재하는 중간 밀착상의 3상 조직을 나타내고,상기 연속 결합상 형성 성분으로서 티탄화합물을 함유하고,상기 중간 밀착상 형성 성분으로서 적어도 Ti 와 Al 의 복합 질화물과 탄화텅스텐을 함유하고,상기 경질 분산상 형성 성분으로서 입방정 질화붕소를 함유하는, 입방정 질화붕소기 초고압 소결재료로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 팁.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 연속 결합상 형성 성분으로서,질화티탄, 탄질화티탄 및 탄화티탄 중 2종 이상, 또는 탄질화티탄 : 15∼56질량%,상기 중간 밀착상 형성 성분으로서,Ti 와 Al 의 복합 질화물 : 2∼10질량%,탄화텅스텐 : 2∼10질량%,상기 경질 분산상 형성 성분으로서,입방정 질화붕소 : 잔부 (단, 35∼65질량% 함유),로 이루어지는 배합 조성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 팁.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 연속 결합상 형성 성분으로서,질화티탄 및/또는 탄질화티탄 : 20∼37질량%,상기 중간 밀착상 형성 성분으로서,Ti 와 Al 의 금속간 화합물 : 3∼8질량%,Ti와 Al 의 복합 질화물 : 5∼10질량%,탄화텅스텐 : 5∼15질량%,상기 경질 분산상 형성 성분으로서,입방정 질화붕소 : 잔부 (단, 35∼55질량% 함유),로 이루어지는 배합 조성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 팁.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 연속 결합상 형성 성분으로서,질화티탄 및/또는 탄질화티탄 : 10∼32질량%,탄화탄탈 : 5∼10질량%,상기 중간 밀착상 형성 성분으로서,Ti 와 Al 의 금속간 화합물 : 3∼8질량%,Ti 와 Al 의 복합 질화물 : 5∼10질량%,탄화텅스텐 : 5∼15질량%,상기 경질 분산상 형성 성분으로서,입방정 질화붕소 : 잔부 (단, 35∼55질량% 함유),로 이루어지는 배합 조성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 팁.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 연속 결합상 형성 성분으로서,질화티탄 및/또는 탄질화티탄 : 10∼32질량%,탄화니오브 : 5∼10질량%,상기 중간 밀착상 형성 성분으로서,Ti 와 Al 의 금속간 화합물 : 3∼8질량%,Ti와 Al 의 복합 질화물 : 5∼10질량%,탄화텅스텐 : 5∼15질량%,상기 경질 분산상 형성 성분으로서,입방정 질화붕소 : 잔부 (단, 35∼55질량% 함유),로 이루어지는 배합 조성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 팁.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 절삭 팁 표면에, 팁 사용 전후 식별층으로서 0.5∼5㎛ 의 평균층두께를 갖는 질화티탄층을 증착 형성하여 이루어지는 절삭 팁.
