Description
The present invention relates to a method of switching a reception mode of a mobile communication terminal, and in particular, when a mobile communication terminal having a reception mode of vibration state is automatically switched from a vibration state to a ring state when a user receives a predetermined data to receive the reception state. The present invention relates to a method of switching a reception mode of a mobile communication terminal.
When the mobile communication terminal receives predetermined data from the outside, vibration and ringing may be used as a means for notifying the user of the reception state. That is, if the reception mode of the terminal is vibrated when predetermined data, for example, a voice call signal or a short message is received from the outside, the predetermined data is transmitted to the user through vibration by driving a motor provided in the terminal. When the reception mode of the terminal is in a ring state, the user is notified that predetermined data has been received by outputting a preset ring tone through a loud speaker.
When the terminal is used for a long time, the battery is depleted, and the depleted battery is coupled to a charger to charge. When predetermined data is received while charging the battery by coupling the terminal to the charger, the user is notified of the data reception state by a vibration or a ring tone which is a reception mode set by the user.
However, the conventional mobile communication terminal as described above has a problem that it is difficult for the user to recognize the reception state even when predetermined data is received from the outside because the user is away from the terminal when charging in a vibration state.
Therefore, the present invention in consideration of such a problem, when the charging mode is connected to the charger in the vibration mode of the receiving mode, the terminal detects that the battery is charged and automatically switches from the vibration state to the ring state, the user when receiving the data It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for switching a reception mode of a mobile communication terminal to recognize a reception state.
1 is a flowchart illustrating a flow of a method of switching a reception mode of a mobile communication terminal of the present invention.
The present invention for achieving the above object is characterized in that it comprises a step of determining the reception mode when charging the terminal using a charger, and if the reception mode is a vibration state, switching the reception mode to a ringing state do.
Separating the terminal is switched to the ring state in the vibration state when the charging and charger, characterized in that the receiving mode to switch back to the vibration state.
With reference to the accompanying drawings, a preferred embodiment of the method of switching the reception mode of the present invention having the above-described mobile communication terminal will be described.
1 is a flowchart illustrating a flow of a method of switching a reception mode of a mobile communication terminal of the present invention. As shown, charging the battery by inserting the terminal into the charger, determining the receiving mode of the terminal during charging, and as a result of the determination, switching the receiving mode to the ringing state if the receiving mode of the terminal is in a vibrating state. Consists of steps.
The method may further include switching the receiving mode back to the vibrating state when the terminal that is switched from the vibrating state to the ringing state when charging is separated from the charger.
Referring to the operation of the present invention made of these steps are as follows.
When inserted into the charger to charge the battery of the terminal (S10), the battery is charged by the charging current output from the charger. At this time, the voltage of the battery to be charged is detected by the battery detection circuit provided in the terminal, and the detected battery voltage is converted into a digital value through an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and output.
The controller of the terminal determines whether the terminal is being charged by changing the digital value output through the ADC. For example, it can be seen that as the digital value output from the ADC increases, the battery voltage increases, and conversely, the battery voltage decreases when the digital value output from the ADC decreases. That is, it is determined whether the terminal is charged by increasing or decreasing the digital value.
If the terminal is being charged through the determination, the reception state of the terminal is determined (S20). That is, it is determined whether the reception mode of the terminal is in a vibration state or a ring state. As a result of the determination, if the reception mode is in the vibration state, the reception mode is automatically switched from the vibration state to the ring state (S30). In this way, when charging the terminal in a vibration state, the reception mode is automatically switched from the vibration state to the ring state, so that the user is notified of the predetermined ring tone when receiving predetermined data, such as a voice call signal or a short message, from the base station. The user's awareness of the received data can be increased.
In addition, when charging is completed or the terminal is disconnected from the charger to use the terminal (S40), the digital value of the ADC for the battery voltage drops, and the terminal controller determines that the receiver is disconnected from the charger and receives the existing reception mode in a ring state. The mode is switched to the vibration state (S50). Of course, it is also possible to keep the ringing state without switching the reception mode to the vibration state. And these matters can be determined by the operator.
As described in detail above, when a terminal having a vibration mode of charging is connected to a charger and charged, the terminal detects that the battery is in a charging state and automatically switches from a vibration state to a ring state, so that a user receives the predetermined data when receiving a predetermined data. There is an effect that can be recognized.
