Claims (3)
- (1) 단일비닐기를 갖는 방향족 단량체(monomer) 및 부틸리튬-타입의 개시제와 촉매를 포함하고 있는 용매를 반응계 내부에서 혼합하는 단계;(2) 중합반응을 연속적으로 진행하기 위하여, 추가의 단일비닐기를 갖는 방향족 단량체와 다이엔(diene) 단량체를 반응계 내부에 충진하는 단계;(3) 선택적으로, 수 회에 걸쳐 소모(zero)되도록, 추가의 단일비닐기를 갖는 방향족 단량체와 다이엔 단량체를 재충진하는 단계;(4) 단일비닐기를 갖는 방향족 단량체를 반응계 내부에 충진하는 단계; 및(5) 궁극적으로 유리된 단량체(free monomer)가 전혀 존재하지 않을 때까지 중합반응을 진행시키고 종료하는 단계;로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일비닐기를 갖는 방향족 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단일비닐기를 갖는 방향족 단량체가 단계 (1)에서 10 ∼ 40%(w/w), 단계 (2)에서 5 ∼ 30%(w/w), 단계 (4)에서 10 ∼ 40%(w/w)이고, 각 단일비닐기를 갖는 방향족 단량체는 C8∼ C12원자를 포함하고;단계(2)의 다이엔 단량체는 2.5 ∼ 40%(w/w)이고, 각 다이엔 단량체는 C4∼ C8원자를 포함하고;단계 (1)의 부틸리튬-타입의 개시제는 900 내지 3000 ppm 이고;단계 (1)의 촉매는 0 ∼ 1.5%(w/w)이고, 상기 촉매는 에테르, 티오에테르, 삼차 아민 및 테트라하이드로퓨란으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 극성 화합물이고; 및단계 (5)의 종료제는 이산화탄소, 물 및 C1∼ C3원자를 포함하는 하이드록시 알킬 화합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (1)의 온도 범위는 5 내지 50℃정도이고; 단계 (2)의 온도 범위는 40 내지 80℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 제조방법.
