Claims (10)
- 담수에 서식하는 시아노박테리아가 생성하는 마이크로시스틴 (microsystin, MCLR)에 대한 단일클론 항체를 제조하고, 이 단일클론 항체를 생산하는 하이브리도마 세포주를 제작한 뒤, 이 하이브리도마 세포 배양액으로부터 수득되고 마이크로시스틴과 반응성이 우수한 단일클론 항체를 선발하여 측방유동 면역크로마토그라피법을 개량한 측방유동 경합식 면역형광 크로마토그라피법으로 피검체가 포함된 담수 시료와 반응시킴으로써, 탐지스트립에서 레이저에 의해 유발되는 형광을 측정할 수 있는 판독기를 사용하여 탐지선에서 발하는 형광의 세기와 내부표준선에서 발하는 형광의 세기를 측정, 비교함으로써 액체 시료 중의 원하는 피검체인 마이크로시스틴을 탐지, 정량하는 방법
- 스트립 내부의 방출패드가 아닌 탐지액에 탐지자로의 항체나 경합자로써의 표지된 피검체를 포함시켜서 안정성을 높이는 방법
- 청구항 1과 2에서 시료 안의 피검체와 형광표지된 경합자가 경쟁적으로 탐지선에 반응하여 피검체의 농도와 반비례하여 탐지선에서 발생하는 형광을 내부표준과 비교하여 그 양을 역산할 수 있는 방법
