Description
Claims (10)
- 제 1 방사빔 입사면을 통해 저장매체에 입사하는 포커싱된 방사빔에 의해 기록 및 판독하고, 적어도 제 1 기판을 갖고 상기 제 1 기판의 적어도 일측면에,- 제 1 정보층을 포함하는 제 1 층 적층체와,- 제 2 층 적층체보다 상기 제 1 층 적층체가 상기 제 1 방사빔 입사면에 더 가까운 위치에 존재하고, 제 2 정보층을 포함하는 제 2 층 적층체와,- 상기 제 1 층 적층체와 상기 제 2 층 적층체 사이의 제 1 투명 스페이서층을 구비한 이중층 광 데이터 저장매체에 있어서,상기 제 1 정보층은 판독전용층 및 1회 기록층으로 이루어진 타입의 군으로부터 선택된 하나이고, 상기 제 2 정보층은 판독전용층, 1회 기록층 및 재기록 가능층으로 이루어진 타입의 군으로부터 선택된 하나이며, 상기 제 1 정보층의 타입은 상기 제 2 정보층의 타입과 서로 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 이중층 광 데이터 저장매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 정보층은 재기록 가능층인 것을 특징으로 하는 이중층 광 데이터 저장매체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 방사빔 입사면은, 제 1 기판으로부터 분리된 제 1 보호 커버층 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중층 광 데이터 저장매체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 저장매체는, 상기 제 1 방사빔 입사면으로부터 대향하는 제 2 방사빔 입사면과,- 판독전용층 및 1회 기록층으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 제 3 정보층을 포함한 제 3 층 적층체와,- 판독전용층, 1회 기록층 및 재기록 가능층으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 제 4 정보층을 포함하되, 상기 제 3 층 적층체가 제 4 층 적층체보다 상기 제 2 방사빔 입사면에 보다 가까운 위치에 존재하는 제 4 층 적층체와,- 상기 제 3 층 적층체와 제 4 층 적층체 사이의 제 2 투명 스페이서층을 더 구비하고, 상기 제 3 정보층의 타입은 상기 제 4 정보층의 타입과 서로 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 이중층 광 데이터 저장매체.
- 제 3 항 및 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 방사빔 입사면은 제 1 기판 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중층 광 데이터 저장매체.
- 제 3 항 및 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 방사빔 입사면은, 제 2 보호 커버층 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중층 광 데이터 저장매체.
- 제 4 항, 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 4 정보층은 재기록 가능층인 것을 특징으로 하는 이중층 광 데이터 저장매체.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 4 항 또는 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 적층체들의 유효 반사레벨은, 약 655nm의 방사빔 파장에서 적어도 0.18인 것을 특징으로 하는 이중층 광 데이터 저장매체.
- 제 3 항, 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 적층체들의 유효 반사레벨은, 약 405nm의 방사빔 파장에서 적어도 0.04인 것을 특징으로 하는 이중층 광 데이터 저장매체.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 적층체의 유효 반사레벨은, 약 405nm의 방사빔 파장에서 적어도 0.04이고, 제 3 및 제 4 적층체의 유효 반사레벨은, 약 655nm의 방사빔 파장에서 적어도 0.18인 것을 특징으로 하는 이중층 광 데이터 저장매체.
